Surahالذَّارِيَاتِ
Adh-Dhariyatيَتَجَلَّى
becomes manifestلَهُ

like the clarity ofالنَّهَارِ.

Likewiseوَرَدَ
has comeذِكْرُ
the mention ofمَا
whatيَتَعَلَّقُ
relatesبِتَعْذِيبِ
to the torment ofالْعُصَاةِ
the disobedientالظَّالِمِينَ،
wrongdoers,Likewise, the mention of what relates to the torment of the disobedient wrongdoers has come,
وَالْإِنْعَامِ
and the bestowing of favorعَلَى
uponالْمُطِيعِينَ
the obedientالصَّالِحِينَ
righteousand the bestowing of favor upon the obedient righteous
بِلَوْنٍ
in a color/formجَدِيدٍ
newفِي
inكُلِّ
everyمَوْضِعٍ
placeمِنْ
ofمَوَاضِعِ
the placesذِكْرِهِ
of its mentionفِي
inالْقُرْآنِ
the Quranالْكَرِيمِ،
Noble,in a new form in every place of its mention in the Noble Quran,
وَهَكَذَا
and thusجَاءَ
has comeتَخَاصُمُ
the disputing ofأَهْلِ
the peopleالنَّارِ
of Hellبَعْضُهُمْ
some of themمَعَ
withبَعْضٍ
othersand thus the disputing of the people of Hell with one another has come
فِي
inصُوَرٍ
formsجَدِيدَةٍ
newوَأَسَالِيبَ
and methodsمُتَنَوِّعَةٍ
diverseفِي
inكُلِّ
everyمَكَانٍ،
place,in new forms and diverse methods in every place,
وَالْكَلَامُ
and speechفِي
aboutهَذَا
thisيَطُولُ.
is long.and speech about this is long.
نَعْلَمُ
We knowكَذَلِكَ
alsoأَنَّ
thatمُرَاعَاةَ
observingمُقْتَضَى
the requirementالْحَالِ
of the contextWe also know that observing the requirement of the context
الَّذِي
whichيَتَكَفَّلُ
guarantees/takes upon itselfفَنُ
the artالْمَعَانِي
of meaningsبِتَفْصِيلِهِ
its detailingوَالْحَدِيثِ
and speakingعَنْهُ،
about it,which the art of meanings takes upon itself to detail and speak about,
وَاسْتِعْمَالَ
and the useالِاسْتِعَارَاتِ
of metaphorsوَالْكِنَايَاتِ
and metonymiesand the use of metaphors and metonymies
الَّتِي
whichيَحْتَوِي
containsعَلَيْهَا
itفَنُ
the artالْبَيَانِ،
of exposition (Bayan),which the art of exposition contains,
مَعَ
along withمُرَاعَاةِ
observingحَالِ
the state ofالْمُخَاطَبِينَ
the addresseesالْأُمِّيِّينَ
who are unletteredalong with observing the state of the unlettered addressees
الَّذِينَ
whoيَجْهَلُونَ
are ignorant ofهَذِهِ
theseالصِّنَاعَاتِ،
crafts/arts,who are ignorant of these arts,
قَدْ
has indeedتَوَفَّرَتْ
been realizedفِي
inالْقُرْآنِ
the Quranالْكَرِيمِ
the Nobleوَتَحَقَّقَتْ
and fulfilledhas indeed been realized in the Noble Quran and fulfilled
بِوَجْهٍ
in a wayلَا
notيُتَصَوَّرُ
imaginedأَحْسَنُ
betterمِنْهَا
than itوَأَرْوَعُ،
and more splendid,in a way that a better and more splendid one cannot be imagined,
وَذَلِكَ
and that isأَنَّ
thatالْمَطْلُوبَ
what is requiredفِي
inالْقُرْآنِ
the Quranالْكَرِيمِ
the Nobleand that is because what is required in the Noble Quran
هُوَ
isأَنْ
thatتُودَعَ
be depositedبَعْضُ
someاللَّطَائِفِ
subtletiesالْبَيَانِيَّةِ
of expositionis that some subtle points of exposition be deposited
الَّتِي
whichلَا
do notتَسْتَعْصِي
become difficultعَلَى
forالْعَامَّةِ
the general publicwhich are not difficult for the general public
وَيَتَذَوَقُهَا
and are relished byالْخَاصَّةُ
the eliteفِي
withinتَضَاعِيفِ
the folds ofالْمُخَاطَبَاتِ
the addressesالْمَعْرُوفَةِ
knownand relished by the elite within the folds of known addresses
وَالْحِوَارِ
and dialogueالْعَامِّ
generalوَهَذَا
and thisهُوَ
isنَوْعٌ
a typeمِنْ
ofالْجَمْعِ
combiningبَيْنَ
betweenالنَّقِيضَيْنِ
two oppositesand general dialogue, and this is a type of combining between two opposites

become easy/possibleمِثْلُهُ
its likeلِأَيِّ

for those who ponderالْمُتَأَمِّلِينَ
and reflect deeplyفِي
onأَسْرَارِ
the secrets ofالشَّرَائِعِ،
divine laws,except for those who ponder and reflect deeply on the secrets of the divine laws,
وَدَقَائِقِهَا،
and its subtleties,وَذَلِكَ
and that isأَنَّ
thatهَذِهِ
theseالْعُلُومَ
sciencesand its subtleties, and that is because these sciences
