ٱللَّهُGodعَلَىuponمُرَادِwillٱللَّهِGod,,وَءَامَنتُand I believedبِرَسُولِin the messengerٱللَّهِof Godوَبِمَاand in whatجَآءَwas broughtعَنْbyرَسُولِthe messengerٱللَّهِof God
God is upon the will of God, and I believed in the messenger of God and in what was brought by the messenger of God.
عَلَىuponمُرَادِwillرَسُولِof the messengerٱللَّهِGod
Upon the will of the messenger of God.
قَوْلُهُHis saying::(وَلَا(And do notيُلْحِدُونَthey inclineفِيinأَسْمَاءِthe namesٱللَّهِof Godوَءَايَاتِهِand His verses
His saying: "And do not incline in the names of God and His verses."
ٱلشَّرْحُThe explanation::
The explanation:
قَوْلُهُHis saying::«لَا"Do notيُلْحِدُونَthey incline......
His saying: "Do not incline..."
أَيٌّThat is::أَهْلُthe peopleٱلسُّنَّةِof the Sunnahوَٱلْجَمَاعَةِand the community
That is: the people of the Sunnah and the community.
وَٱلْإِلْحَادُAnd the inclinationفِيinٱللُّغَةِthe languageٱلْمِيلُis the inclination,,وَمِنْهَاand henceسُمِّيَit is calledٱلْلَّحْدُthe lidded graveفِيinٱلْقَبْرِthe grave;;
And the inclination in the language is the inclination, and hence it is called the lidded grave in the grave;
لَأَنَّهُbecause itمَائِلٌis inclinedإِلَىtoجَانِبٍa sideمِنْهُof itوَلَيْسَand it is notمُتَوَسِّطًاin the middle,,وَٱلْمُتَوَسِّطُand the middleيُسَمَّىis calledشَقًّاa cleft,,وَٱللَّحْدُand the lidded graveأَفْضَلُis betterمِنَthanٱلشَّقِّthe cleft
because it is inclined to one side, and it is not in the middle, and the middle is called a cleft, and the lidded grave is better than the cleft.
فَهُمْThey understandلَاdo notيُلْحِدُونَinclineفِيinأَسْمَاءَthe namesٱللَّهِof Godوَلَاand notيُلْحِدُونَthey inclineأَيْضًاalsoفِيinٓآيَاتِthe versesٱللَّهِof God
They do not incline in the names of God, nor do they incline also in the verses of God.
فَأَفَادَنَاThus, it informs usٱلْمُؤَلِّفُthe authorرَحِمَهُmay Allah have mercy upon himأَنْthatٱلْإِلْحَادَinclinationيَكُونُoccursفِيinمَوْضِعَيْنِtwo areasفِيinٱلْأَسْمَاءِthe namesوَفِيand inٱلْـٔايَاتِthe verses
Thus, it informs us that the inclination occurs in two areas: in the names and in the verses.
هَٰذَاThisٱلَّذِيwhichيُفِيدُهُinforms usكَلَامُthe wordsٱلْمُؤَلِّفِof the authorقَدْhasدَلَّindicatedعَلَيْهِupon itٱلْقُرْآنَthe Qur'an؛;قَالَHe saidٱللَّهُGodتَعَالَىthe Exalted::﴿﴿وَلِلَّهِAnd to Godٱلْأَسْمَاءُare the namesٱلْحُسْنَىٰthe bestفَادْعُوهُSo invoke Himبِهَاwith themوَذَرُواand leaveٱلَّذِينَthose whoيُلْحِدُونَinclineفِيinأَسْمَيهِHis namesسَيُجْزَوْنَThey will be recompensedمَاwhatكَانُواthey wereيَعْمَلُونَdoing﴾﴾[الأعراف:[Al-A'raf:١٨٠]180]
This which informs us is indicated in the Qur'an; God, the Exalted, said: "And to God are the best names. So invoke Him with them and leave those who incline in His names. They will be recompensed what they were doing." [Al-A'raf: 180]
فَأَثْبَتَSo He establishedٱللَّهُGodٱلْإِلْحَادَthe inclinationفِيinٱلْأَسْمَاءِthe names,,وَقَالَAnd He saidتَعَالَىthe Exalted::﴿﴿إِنَّIndeedٱلَّذِينَthose whoيُلْحِدُونَinclineفِيinعَايَاتِنَاOur versesلَاdo notيَحْفَوْنَwill hideعَلَيْنَاupon us[فَصْلَتَ:[Fussilat:٤٠]40]
So God established the inclination in the names, and He said the Exalted: "Indeed, those who incline in Our verses will not hide [Fussilat: 40]
؛;فَأَثْبَتَSo establishedٱللَّهُGodٱلْإِلْحَادَthe inclinationفِيinٱلْـٔايَاتِthe versesأَنْوَاعٌtypesفَٱلْإِلْحَادُSo the inclinationفِيinٱلْأَسْمَاءِthe namesهُوَisٱلْمِيلُthe deviationفِيْهَاin itعَمَّاfrom whatيَجِبُshould،,وَهُوَand itٱلنَّوْعُthe typeٱلْأَوَّلُthe first
So the inclination in the names is the deviation from what should be, and it is the first type.
