Allah necessitated his faith to be a perfect observing of God, the Most High, in what he says, in fear and hope:

Explanation: The author, may Allah have mercy on him, mentioned three closely related attributes in four verses:
ٱلْمُحَالَةُthe impossibleوَٱلْمَكْرُand deceitوَٱلْكَيْدِ.and scheming.
The impossible, and deceit, and scheming.

The first verse concerning the impossible is His saying: (And He is severe in the case of) [Ar-Ra'd: 13].

That is: severe in the taking with punishment. And it was said: that the impossible means deceit; that is: severe deceit, and it is as if this interpretation is derived from the fact that a ploy is to outsmart his opponent until he catches him. And this meaning is clear in the action of the author, may he have mercy on him; because he mentioned it in the context of the verses of deceit and scheming.
وَٱلْمَكْرُ؛And deceit;قَالَit is saidٱلْعُلَمَاءُthe scholarsفِيinتَفْسِيرِهِ:its interpretation:إِنَّهُthat it isٱلتَّوَصُّلُthe reachingبِٱلْأَسْبَابِby hidden causesٱلْخَفِيَّةِhiddenإِلَىtoٱلْإِيْقَاعِthe fallingبِٱلْخَصْمِ؛of the opponent;يَعْنِيmeansأَنَّthatتَفْعَلَyou doأَسْبَابًاcausesخَفِيَّةًhiddenفَتَتَوَقَّعُand you catchبِخَصْمِكَwith your opponentوَهُوَand he isلَاnotيَحِسُّsensesوَلَاand norيَدْرِي.knows.وَلَـٰكِنَّهَاbut itبِٱلنِّسْبَةِfor youلَكَto youمَعْلُومَةٌis knownمُدِيْرَةٌ.a guide.
And deceit; it is said by the scholars in its interpretation: that it is the reaching by hidden causes to fall upon the opponent; means that you do hidden causes and you catch your opponent and he is not sensing and knows, but for you it is known as a guide.

And deceit occurs in contexts as praise, and it is in places of blame: If it was in confrontation of those who deceive; then he is praised; because it requires that you are stronger.
