The translators of Ibn al-Qayyim may God have mercy on him mentioned this book among his works.

And the first of them was his student, the scholar Ibn Rajab, may God have mercy on him; then Shams al-Din, Haji Khalifah (3), Ibn al-Imad (4), al-Shawkani, and others.

And since the book is originally an answer to an inquiry sent to the author, his name was noted at the beginning of the book in all the manuscript copies.

And I have found a copy of it with the seal of the Hijazi treasury of Fuad Salim Hijazi; some wrote on a page titled: "The Book of Disease and Cure by Ibn al-Jawzi", but it is a clear confusion without a doubt between the author of the book, Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawzi, and "Ibn al-Jawzi" (8).

And this confusion originates from ignorance or negligence, for indeed the name of the author, with his descriptions and titles, is established in the introduction of this copy also like the others.
