بِسْمِIn the nameاللَّهِof Allahالرَّحْمَـٰنِthe Most Graciousالرَّحِيمِthe Most Merciful

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

شَرْحِExplanationالْفِقْهِof Jurisprudenceالْأَكْبَرِthe Greater

Explanation of the Greater Jurisprudence.

الْحَمْدُPraiseلِلَّهِbe to AllahالَّذِيWhoهَدَانَاguided usإِلَىtoطَرِيقِthe wayأَهْلِof the peopleالسُّنَّةِof the Sunnahوَالْجَمَاعَةِand the Community

Praise be to Allah Who guided us to the way of the people of the Sunnah and the Community.

بِفَضْلِهِBy His great graceالْعَظِيمِthe Mighty**وَالصَّلَاةُAnd blessingsوَالسَّلَامُand peaceعَلَىbe uponرَسُولِهِHis Messengerوَحَبِيبِهِand His belovedمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadالَّذِيWhoكَانَwasعَلَىofخُلُقٍcharacterعَظِيمٍgreat**وَعَلَىAnd uponآلِهِHis familyوَأَصْحَابِهِand His companionsالدَّاعِينَwho callإِلَىtoصِرَاطِthe PathمُسْتَقِيمٍStraight

And blessings and peace be upon His Messenger and beloved Muhammad, who was of great character, and upon His family and companions who call to the Straight Path.

أَمَّاAs forبَعْدَafterفَيَقُولُthe servant saysالْعَبْدُthe servantالضَّعِيفُthe weakالمُذْنِبُthe sinfulأَبُوAbu (father of)الْمُنْتَهَىٰthe endعَصْمَهُprotection fromاللَّهُAllahالْكَبِيرُthe Greatestالْكَرِيمُthe Generous**عَنْfromالْخَطَاياsins

As for what follows, the weak sinful servant, Abu Al-Muntaḥa, may Allah protect him from sins, expresses.

الْفِقْهُThe Jurisprudenceالْأَكْبَرُthe Greaterلِلْإِمَامِof the Imamالْأَعْظَمِthe Greatestرَضِيَmay He be pleasedاللَّهُAllahتَعَالَىٰthe Exaltedعَنْهُwith him**

The Greater Jurisprudence of the Greatest Imam may Allah be pleased with him.

بِسْمِIn the nameاللَّهِof Allahالرَّحْمَـٰنِthe Most Graciousالرَّحِيمِthe Most Merciful

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

أَصْلُThe essenceالتَّوحِيدِof Monotheismوَمَاand whatيَصِحُis validالإِعْتِقادbeliefعَلَيْهِon itيَجِبُmust

The essence of Monotheism and what is valid to believe in must be known.

أَنْthatيَقُولَone must sayآمَنْتُI believeبِاللَّهِin Allahوَمَلَائِكَتِهِand His angelsوَكُتُبِهِand His booksوَرُسُلِهِand His messengersوَالْبَعْثَand the resurrectionبَعْدَafterالْمَوْتِdeathوَالْقَدْرِand destinyخَيْرِهِits goodوَشَرِّهِand its evilمِنَfromاللَّهِAllahتَعَالَىٰthe Exalted

That one must say, 'I believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the resurrection after death, and the destiny, its good and evil, are from Allah the Exalted.'
