هَـٰذَاthisرَدٌّresponseعَلَىtoالرَّوَافِضِthe Rafidahفَإِنَّهُمْfor theyأَنْكَرُواdeniedالتَّرَاوِيحَthe Taraweeh prayersوَالْمَسْحَand wipingعَلَىonالْخُفَّيْنِthe Khuffsوَمَسَحُواand they wipedعَلَىonأَرْجُلِهِمْtheir feetبِلاَwithoutخُفٍّa Khuff, قَالَ, saidصَاحِبُthe authorالْخُلَاصَةِof the summary::وَفِيAnd inالْمُنْتَقَىthe selectedسُئِلَwas askedأَبُوAbuحَنِيفَةَHanifaرَحِمَهُmay God have mercy on himعَنaboutمَذْهَبِthe doctrineأَهْلِof the peopleالسُّنَّةِof the Sunnahوَالجَمَاعَةِand the congregationفَقَالَhe said::أَنْthatتُفَضِّلَyou prefer
This is a response to the Rafidah for they denied the Taraweeh prayers and the wiping on the Khuffs and they wiped on their feet without a Khuff, said the author of the summary: And in the selected, Abu Hanifa may God have mercy on him was asked about the doctrine of the people of the Sunnah and congregation, he said: that you prefer the two Sheikhs and you love the two martyrs and you see the wiping on the Khuffs and you pray behind every pious and sinful person.
وَاللَّهُand Allahالْهَادِيis the guideوandالصَّلَاةُthe prayerخَلْفَbehindكُلٍّeveryبِرٍّrighteousوَفَاجِرٍand sinfulمِنَofالْمُؤْمِنِينَthe believersجَائِزَةٌis permissibleوَتُكْرَهُand it is dislikedلِوُجُودِdue to the existenceإِيمَانِهِof his faith,,وَالْكَرَاهَةُand the dislikeلِعَدَمِdue to the lackاهْتِمَامِهِof his concernفِيinالْأُمُورِthe mattersالدِّينِيَّةِreligious
And Allah is the guide, and the prayer behind every righteous and sinful of the believers is permissible and it is disliked due to the existence of his faith, and the dislike is due to the lack of his concern in religious matters.
قَالَhe saidالنَّبِيُّthe Prophetصَلَّىpeace be upon himاللَّهُAllahعَلَيْهِupon himوَسَلَّمَand peace::«“مَنْwhoصَلَّىpraysخَلْفَbehindعَالِمٍa scholarتَقِيٍّpiousفَكَأَنَّمَاthen it is as ifصَلَّىhe praysخَلْفَbehindنَبِيٍّa prophetمِنَof theالْأَنْبِيَاءِprophetsوَمَنAnd whoeverصَلَّىprays behindنَبِيٍّa prophetمِنَofالْأَنْبِيَاءِthe prophetsغُفِرَتْforgiveness is grantedلَهُto himمَاwhatتَقَدَّمَhas precededمِنَofذُنُوبِهِhis sins»”
The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “Whoever prays behind a pious scholar, it is as if he has prayed behind a prophet of the prophets, and whoever prays behind a prophet of the prophets, forgiveness is granted for what has preceded of his sins.”
يَعْنِيmeaningالصُّغَائِرَthe small sinsصَلَّىhe prayed..
Meaning the small sins.
(وَلَا(and notنَقُولُwe sayإِنَّthatالْمُؤْمِنَthe believerلَاdoes notتَضُرُّهُharm himالذُّنُوبُthe sinsوَلَاnorنَقُولُwe sayإِنَّهُthat heلَاdoes notيَدْخُلُenterالنَّارَthe fire))كَمَاasقَالَsaid,,الْمُرْجِئَةُthe Murji'ah,,قَالَsaidالإِمَامُthe Imamالرَّازِيal-Raziفِيinكَتَابِthe bookالأَرْبَعِينَthe forty::الْعَاصِيthe disobedientالَّذِيwhoلَيْسَis notبِكَافِرٍa disbelieverوَكَانَتand if it wasمَعْصِيَتُهُhis disobedienceكَبِيرَةًgreaterفِيهِin itثَلاَثَةَthreeأَقْوَالٍstatements::قَوْلٌthe statementمِنَfromقَطْعٍcutأَحَدُهَاone of themبِأَنَّهُthat he isلَاdoes notيُعَاقَبُpunishedوَهَذَاand thisقَوْلٌthe statementمَقَاتِلٌMaqatilبْنَbinسُلَيْمَانَSulaymanوَقُلْand sayالْمُرْجِئَةُthe Murji'ah**وَالثَّانِيَةُAnd the second is::الْبَطْنُthe abdomenوَالدِّينُand religionإِسْمٌnameوَاقِعٌrealعَلَىonالإِيمَانِthe faithوَالإِسْلَامِand Islamوَالْشَّرَائِعِand the holy lawsكُلَّهَاallتُعْرَفُknowاللَّهُAllahتَعَالَىthe Almightyحَقٌّtruthمَعْرِفَتُهُthe knowledgeكَمَاasوَصَفَHe describedاللَّهُAllahنَفْسَهُHimselfفِيinكِتَابِهِHis book
(And we do not say that the believer does not harm him sins nor do we say that he does not enter the Fire) as the Murji'ah said. Al-Razi said in the book of forty: The disobedient who is not a disbeliever and his disobedience is great has three statements: One states that he is not punished, and this is the statement of Maqatil bin Sulayman and say the Murji'ah.* And the second is: The abdomen and religion is a name that is real on faith, Islam and the holy laws all know Allah the Almighty rightly as He described Himself in His book.
