In the book about the reading of the text, al-Zaili said it, and the Rafida denied it. Therefore, the saying about it was judged to be one of the doctrines of Islam, as mentioned in the guidance of Ibn al-Imad. In the summary, one does not pray behind anyone who denies the wiping on the khuffs, as stated in some explanations of greater jurisprudence.

The scholar, the commentator said that shortening and breaking the fast during travel is a concession; the intended meaning is the belief in the reality of change and postponement in the rulings of Sharia by considering the interests of the servants as a favor from God, the Merciful, the Loving. And His saying, 'and when you traveled in the land,' that is, if you travel, then there is no sin upon you in your shortening of the prayer, thus his talk ended summarized.

And the benefit of the concession is what is built upon the excuses of the servants; while the determination is what was an original ruling not based upon the excuses of the servants, the entirety is in the clear sea.
