And she did not conceal anything of love for her father, but she saw before her a favorable opportunity to flatter him (to deceive him), and to be friendly to him, coveting in the inheritance which he hinted to (signaled) her.

فَقَالَتْSo she said to him,,,وَهِيَand sheتَتَظَاهَرُpretendingبِالْحُبِّwith loveوَالْوَفَاءِand loyaltyوَالْحُنُوِّand tenderness:إنَّ"Indeed,حُبِّكَmy love for you(مَحَبَّتِي(my affection for youلَكَ))يَاOأَبِيfather —لَأَجَلُّis greaterوَأَعْظَمُand more importantمِنْthanأَنْthatتُعَبِّرَexpressedعَنْهُabout itالأَلفاظُwords.

So the king Lear rejoiced upon hearing this false praise (deceptive), and said to her: "If you stay loving me to this extent, indeed, I am worthy to grant you a third of my kingdom. For you are — in what I see — worthy of this reward."
