Traits of and they say: every believer is a Muslim, and not every Muslim is a believer. They said: (this is from the aspect of generality, and otherwise the detail we mentioned is that faith is a trait of the traits of Islam and religion, and it is not all of Islam and religion, for verily Islam is submission to Allah by performing all obedience that occurs in accordance with the command, and faith is the greatest trait of Islam, and the name Islam includes every obedience to which the servant submits to Allah, of faith, affirmation, obligatory acts, and supererogatory acts, except that it does not be valid to draw closer by performing what is besides faith of the obediences without preceding the action of faith. They said, and religion is derived from religious practice, and it is close to the meaning of Islam.
