أَخْطَأَHe made a mistake.. جَوَازُThe permissibilityالصَّلَاةِof prayerعَلَىuponكُلِّeveryoneمَنْwhoلَمْdid notيَعْلَمْknowأَنَّهُthat he isكَافِرٌa disbelieverفِيinالْبَاطِنِthe unseen،, وَتَرْكُand the abandonmentالإِمَامِof the Imamالأَعْظَمِthe greatestالصَّلَاةِprayerعَلَىuponبَعْضِsomeالْعُصَاةِof the sinnersوَالْمُبْتَدِعَةِand the innovators،, لَاdoes notيُحَرِّمُprohibitالصَّلَاةَthe prayerعَلَيْهِupon him..

The permissibility of praying for everyone who does not know that he is a disbeliever in the unseen, and the abandonment of the greatest Imam praying for some sinners and innovators, does not prohibit praying for them.

الصَّحَابَةُThe companionsلَمْdid notيُكَفِّرُواdeclare disbelieversالْخَوَارِجَthe Khawarij،, وَكَذَٰلِكَand likewiseسَائِرُthe rest ofالثَّنَتَيْنِthe seventy-twoوَالسَّبْعِينَand seventy sects،, مَنْwhoeverكَانَwasمُؤْمِنًاa believerبِاللَّهِin Godوَرَسُولِهِand His Messengerفِيinالْبَاطِنِthe unseen،, لَمْdid notيَكُنbeكَافِرًاa disbelieverفِيinالْبَاطِنِthe unseen،, وَإِنْeven ifفِيinالتَّأْوِيلِinterpretationكَائِنًاbeingمَاwhateverكَانَwasخَطَأُهُhis mistake..

The companions did not declare the Khawarij disbelievers, and likewise the rest of the seventy-two sects; whoever was a believer in God and His Messenger in the unseen, was not a disbeliever in the unseen, even if in the interpretation, his mistake was whatever.

قَوْلُThe statementاللِّسَانِof the tongueمِنْis fromالإِيمَانِfaithالَّذِيwhichلَاnoنَجَاةَsalvationلِلْعَبْدِfor the servantإِلَّاexceptبِهِwith it،, وَتَفْسِيرُand the interpretationقَوْلِهِof His sayingتَعَالَىthe Exalted: ﴿إِلَّا﴿Exceptمِنْfor one whoأُكْرِهَwas coercedوَقَلْبُهُand his heartمُطْمَئِنٍّis assuredبِالإِيمَانِin faithمُنَاقَشَةٌDiscussionقَوْلِof the statementالْقَائِلِof the speaker:: إِذَاIfكَانَisالإِيمَانُfaithالْمُطْلَقُabsoluteيَتَنَاوَلُencompassesجَمِيعَallمَاthat whichأَمَرَcommandedاللَّهُGodبِهِtherewithوَرَسُولُهُand His Messengerفَمَتَىthen whenذَهَبَsome of it is taken awayبَعْضُsomeذَٰلِكَof thatبَطَلَinvalidatesالإِيمَانَfaith،, فَيَلْزَمُit necessitatesتَكْفِيرُdeclaring disbelieversأَهْلِthe people ofالذُّنُوبِsins.وَبَيَانٌAnd stating thatالإِيمَانُfaithإِذَاifذَهَبَsome of it is taken awayبَعْضُهُsome of it،, لَاdoes notيَلْزَمُnecessitateمِنْهُits whole loss...

The statement of the tongue is from faith, which there is no salvation for the servant except with it, and the interpretation of His saying, the Exalted: 'Except for one who was coerced and his heart is assured in faith.' Discussion on the statement of the speaker: 'If absolute faith encompasses all that God and His Messenger commanded, then when some of it is taken away, it invalidates faith, hence it necessitates declaring the people of sins as disbelievers.' And stating that if some of faith is taken away, it does not necessitate its whole loss.

تَفَاضُلُThe superiorityالإِيمَانِof faithعِندَamongأَهْلِthe people ofالسُّنَّةِSunnah،, وَعِبَارَاتُهُمْand their expressionsفِيinذَٰلِكَthat.

The superiority of faith among the people of Sunnah and their expressions regarding that.

زِيَادَةٌAn additionمِنْfromمَخْطُوطَةٍthe manuscriptالمَكْتَبَIslamic OfficeالإِسْلَامِيُّIslamic.

لَفْظٌThe termالإِيمَانِfaithأَكْثَرُmostمَاthat whichيُذْكَرُis mentionedفِيinالْقُرْآنِthe Quranمُقَيَّدًاrestricted.

The term faith is most often mentioned in the Quran as restricted.

زِيَادَةٌAn increaseالإِيمَانِof faithتُعَرَّفُis knownمِنْfromوُجُوهٍvarious facets.

An increase of faith is known from various facets.

فَصْلٌSectionوَقَدْAnd indeedأَثْبَتَGod has establishedاللَّهُin Quranفِيthe Quranإِسْلَامًاan IslamبِلَاwithoutإِيمَانٍfaithفِيinقَوْلِهِHis saying:: وَقَالَAnd saidالأَعْرَابُthe BedouinsآمَنَّاWe believe))وَكَذَٰلِكَand likewiseرَسُولُهُHis Messengerفِيinقَوْلِهِ: "أَوْ مُسْلِمٌ".,, فَهَلْSo isهَذَاthisالإِسْلَامُIslamالَّذِيthat whichنَفَىGod deniedاللَّهُGodعَنْfromأَهْلِهِits peopleالإِيمَانَfaithيُثَابُونَare rewardedعَلَيْهِfor itأَمْorهُوَisمِنْofجِنْسِthe kind ofإِسْلَامِthe Islamالْمُنَافِقِينَof the hypocrites?

Section: And indeed God has established in the Quran an Islam without faith in His saying: 'And said the Bedouins We believe...' and likewise His Messenger in His saying: 'or a Muslim.' Is this Islam, which God denied from its people faith, rewarded for it, or is it of the kind of Islam of the hypocrites?

مَنْWhoeverقَالَsaidمِنَfromالسَّلَفِthe predecessors:: إِنَّIndeedالْفُسَّاقَthe sinnersخَرَجُواhave exitedمِنَfromالإِيمَانِfaithإِلَىtoالإِسْلَامِIslamلَمْdid notيَعْنِmeanأَنَّهُمْthatلَمْremainsيَبْقَstaysمَعَهُمْwith themمِنَfromالإِيمَانِfaithشَيْءٌanythingالْفَرْقُThe differenceبَيْنَهُمَاbetween themعِندَهُمْin their view.

Whoever from the predecessors said: 'Indeed, the sinners have exited from faith to Islam' did not mean that there remains with them anything of faith. The difference between them in their view.

تَعْلِيقٌComment

Comment on the hadith: 'Cursing a Muslim is a transgression.'

مَسْأَلَةُIssueالِاسْتِثْنَاءِof exceptionفِيinالإِيمَانِfaithوَالْإِسْلَامِand Islam.

The reality of the difference between Islam and faith, and the meaning of religion, and its characteristics; every believer is a Muslim, but not every Muslim has the general faith.

تَفْسِيرُInterpretationقَوْلِهِof His sayingتَعَالَىthe Exalted: ادْخُلُواEnterفِيintoالسَّلَمِthe peaceكَافَّةًcompletely.

Interpretation of His saying, the Exalted: 'Enter into peace completely.'
