وَلَاand notبِالْأَنْدَادِwith rivals
Nor with rivals,
وَلَاand notتَحْلِفُواyou swearإِلَّاexceptبِاللَّهِby Allah
and do not swear except by Allah,
وَلَاand notتَحْلِفُواyou swearإِلَّاexceptوَأَنْتُمْwhile you areصَادِقُونَtruthful
and do not swear except while you are truthful.
