نِدَاءُCallالْبَرِّيَّةِof the wilderness
Call of the Wilderness
ذَاتَOneلَيْلَةٍnight,اسْتَيْقَظَhe woke upباكBuckفَجْأَةًsuddenly,وَأَخَذَand beganيَتَشَمَّمُto sniffالْهَوَاءَthe air,وَانْتَصَبَand stood on endشَعْرُthe hairجَسَدِهِ؛of his body;فَقَدْfor indeedجَاءَهُcame to himذَلِكَthatالنِّدَاءُcallمِنَfromالْغَابَةِ،the forest,وَلَكِنَّهُbut itكَانَwasمُخْتَلِفًاdifferentهَذِهِthisالْمَرَّةَ.time.
One night, Buck woke up suddenly, and began to sniff the air, and the hair of his body stood on end; for indeed that call came to him from the forest, but it was different this time.
