And she said: 'Mother of the Incident: Indeed, many of the leaders perished in this great site, among them: Al-Ujroof, Al-Dubub, and Al-Dama, and Al-Jafl, and Al-Jathl.'

And the sesame perished; and she is the leader of the army of the enemies, and the commander of their multitudes. A large number of ants were killed: they are the little ants, dear to us, just as a group of sesame perished, and they are our brothers from the ants that live in the gardens. And she had no hand in this crushing war, but she went down as prey without a price, and I indeed saw an ant lying on its back, raising its legs to the sky, and she calls to Allah to avenge us from the wicked blondes who oppressed and attacked us with the most horrific aggression.

So I asked Allah to answer her prayer and take vengeance for us from the oppressors.

And the black ants were sad for the deaths of their sisters.

Um Mazin shouted in pain: 'Indeed, the yellowish plague has slaughtered us extremely, and it has shocked us in the most dear of our friends, and the best of our companions, and the most noble of our family.'

And indeed it stirred upon us a ferocious raid, and slaughtered a number that cannot be counted from the dark ones, and there remained not one in the chambers of the caretakers. So let us mourn our slain tomorrow — in a grand ceremony — to our grave which is behind the fence.

And when Um Mawzin completed her speech, silence and sadness prevailed for an hour of time; then voices arose from the corners of the hall, saying: "Listen to us to the speech of Um Mashghool!"

Then the ants turned to 'the Busy Mother', and she is a respectable working ant, and she had climbed on the back of another ant to let her companions hear her voice clearly and without ambiguity.

And indeed, she says: "My children, and daughters of my sisters, and my dear grandchildren: Indeed, this day will not be erased from our memory, as long as we live; it is a day of sorrow and mourning, and our happiness has been turned into distress, and our joy has turned into grief."

And indeed we established a period of time, in this fertile valley, and we spent in it a happy period, which passed by us like the sweetest dreams.

Then our state showed — and the time has appealed to us — on this black day — due to the calamities and tribulations … Indeed, we suffered in our beloved daughters and they were the source of our joy and comfort, and the desire of our hopes and wishes.
