- Verse ofالْوَصِيَّةِ
the bequestلِلْوَارِثِ:
for the heir:1 - The verse of the bequest for the heir:
فَمِنَ
So fromالْبَقَرَةِ،
Al-Baqarah,قَوْلُهُ
is His saying-تَعَالَى-:
- Exalted is He -:So from Al-Baqarah is His statement - Exalted is He -:
{كُتِبَ{It is prescribed
عَلَيْكُمْupon you
إِذَاwhen
حَضَرَis present
أَحَدَكُمُwith any of you
الْمَوْتُ}death}
{When death approaches any of you...}
الْآيَةُ،
the verse,مَنْسُوخَةٌ،
is abrogated,قَبْلَ
beforeبِآيَةِ
the verse ofالْمَوَارِثِ،
inheritance,the verse is abrogated before by the verse of inheritance,
وَقِيلَ:
and it was said:بِحَدِيثِ
by the hadithلَا
noوَصِيَّةَ
bequestلِوَارِثٍ،
for an heir,and it was said: by the hadith 'There is no bequest for an heir',
وَقِيلَ
and it was saidبِالْإِجْمَاعِ،
by consensus,حَكَاهُ

Al-Arabi.and it was said by consensus, related by Ibn Al-Arabi.
قُلْتُ:
I say:بَلْ
ratherهِيَ
it isمَنْسُوخَةٌ

by the verse{يُوصِيكُمُ
{Allah instructs youاللَّهُ
Allahفِي
regardingأَوْلَادِكُمْ}
your children}I say: Rather, it is abrogated by the verse {Allah instructs you concerning your children}
إِلَخْ
etc.وَحَدِيثُ
and the hadith"لَا
"Thereوَصِيَّةَ
is noلِوَارِثٍ"
bequest for an heir"مُبَيِّنٌ
clarifiesلِلْنَّسْخِ.
the abrogation.etc., and the hadith "There is no bequest for an heir" clarifies the abrogation.

- Verse ofالْفِدْيَةِ
the ransomلِمَنْ
for whoeverأَطَاقَ
is ableالصَّوْمَ:
to fast:2 - The verse of the ransom for whoever is able to fast:
وَقَوْلُهُAnd His statement
-تَعَالَى-:- Exalted is He -:
{وَعَلَى{And upon
الَّذِينَthose who
يُطِيقُونَهُare able to do it
فِدْيَةٌis a ransom
طَعَامُfeeding
مِسْكِينٍ}of a needy person}
And His statement - Exalted is He -: {And upon those who are able to do it is a ransom [as] the feeding of a needy person}
قِيلَ
It was saidمَنْسُوخَةٌ
it is abrogatedبِقَوْلِهِ:
by His saying:{فَمَنْ
{So whoeverشَهِدَ
witnessesمِنْكُمُ
among youالشَّهْرَ
the month,فَلْيَصُمْهُ}
then let him fast it}It was said it is abrogated by His saying: {So whoever of you sights the month, let him fast it}
وَقِيلَ:
And it was said:مُحْكَمَةٌ،
it is decisive,وَ"لَا"
and "la" (not)مُقَدَّرَةٌ
is impliedAnd it was said: it is decisive, and "la" (not) is implied

(before"يُطِيقُونَ"،
"yutiqoon" (are able),أَيْ

mention,it is the feeding of a needy person, thus it was ellipted before mention,
