grammatical inflectionand without the words falling into any realm of grammatical inflection,
فَإِنَّ
for indeedالْغَرَضَ
the purposeالْمَطْلُوبَ

isاسْتِحْضَارُهَا
bringing them to mindوَذِكْرُهَا
and mentioning themfor the desired purpose is to bring them to mind and mention them
حَتَّى
untilتَرْتَسِمَ
is etchedصُورَتُهَا
their imageالْبَارِزَةُ
prominentفِي
inذِهْنِ
the mind ofالْمُخَاطَبِ
the addresseeuntil their prominent image is etched in the addressee's mind,
وَيَسْتَوْلِيَ
and overtakesالْخَوْفُ
fearمِنْهَا
of themوَاسْتِهْوَالُهَا
and their terrifying natureعَلَى
uponقَلْبِهِ
his heartوَضَمِيرِهِ
and his conscienceand fear of them and their terrifying nature take over his heart and conscience.
فَالْتَّحْقِيقُ

did wrongإِذْ
whenيَرَوْنَ
they seeالْعَذَابَ
the punishment'and 'And if those who did wrong would see when they see the punishment'.
