The answer is yes; but the difference sometimes is in entities, and sometimes it is in attributes, and this is a difference of attributes, noting that the difference may also be verbal and not meaningful; like the saying of the poet: 'Then he threw her saying (a lie and deception).'

فَالمِينُAnd the deceptiveهُوَisالكَذِبُ،the lie,ذَٰلِكَthatعَطَفَهُhe referred to itعَلَيْهِ؛upon it;لِتَغَايُرِfor the differenceاللَّفْظِof the wordوَالْمَعْنَىand the meaningوَمَعَand withواحِدٍ؛one;فَالتَّغَايُرَso the differenceإمَّاis eitherعَيْنِيًّاin the entityأَوْorمَعْنَوِيٌّmeaningfulأَوْorلَفْظِيٌّ،verbal,فَلَوْSo ifقُلْتَ:you say:جَاءَcameزَيْدٌZaydوَعَمْرٌand Amrوَبَكْرٌand Bakrوَخَالِدٌ؛and Khalid;فَالتَّغَايُرَthe differenceعَيْنِيٌّ،is in the entity,وَلَوْand ifقُلْتَ:you say:جَاءَcameزَيْدٌZaydالكَرِيمُthe generousوَالشُّجَاعُand the braveوَالْعَالِمُ؛and the knowledgeable;فَالتَّغَايُرَthen the differenceمَعْنَوِيٌّ،is meaningful,وَلَوْand ifقُلْتَ:you say:هَذَاthisالْحَدِيثُthe narrationكَذِبٌis a lieوَمِينٌ؛and deception;فَالتَّغَايُرَthe differenceلَفْظِيٌّ.is verbal.

And the deception is the lie; that he referred to it upon it; for the difference of the word and meaning and with one; so the difference is either in the entity, or meaningful, or verbal. If you say: Zayd, Amr, Bakr, and Khalid came, then the difference is in the entity; and if you say: Zayd the generous, and the brave, and the knowledgeable came, then the difference is meaningful; and if you say: this narration is a lie and deception; then the difference is verbal.

وَاسْتَفَدْنَاAnd we benefitedمِنْfromهَذِهِthisالْآيَةُverseالكَرِيمَةُnobleإِثْبَاتٌto establishأَرْبَعَةًfourأَسْمَاءَnamesلِلَّهِfor Allahوَهِيَ:and they are:الأَوَّلُ،the First,وَالْآخِرُ،and the Last,وَالظَّاهِرُ،and the Manifest,وَالْبَاطِنُ.and the Hidden.

And we benefited from this noble verse to establish four names for Allah and they are: the First, the Last, the Manifest, and the Hidden.

وَاسْتَفَدْنَاAnd we benefitedمِنْهَاfrom itخَمْسٌfiveصِفَاتٍattributesالأَوَّلِيَّةِ،of primacy,وَالْآخِرِيَّةِand of finalityوَالظَّاهِرِيَّةِ،and of manifestation,وَالْبَاطِنِيَّةِ،and of hidden,وَعُمُومِand the generalityالعِلْمِ .knowledge.

And we benefited from it five attributes: of primacy, of finality, of manifestation, of hiddenness, and the generality of knowledge.

وَاسْتَفَدْنَاAnd we benefitedمِنْfromمَجْمُوعِthe totalityالأَسْمَاءِ:of the names:إِحَاطَةٌencompassingاللَّهِAllahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedبِكُلِّwith allشَيْءٍthingزَمَانًاin timeوَمَكَانًا؛and in place;لأَنَّهُbecauseقَدْmayيَحْصُلُoccurمِنْfromاجْتِمَاعِthe meetingالأَوْصَافِof attributesزِيَادَةٌan increaseصِفَةٍ .attribute.

And we benefited from the totality of the names: the encompassing of Allah the Exalted with all things in time and place; because it may occur from the meeting of attributes an increase in attribute.

فَإِذَاSo ifقَالَthe speaker saysقَائِلٌ :the one saying:هَلْIsهَذِهِthisالأَسْمَاءُthe namesمُتَلَازِمَةٌ؛synergistic;بِمَعْنَىmeaning thatأَنْكَthat youإِذَاifقُلْتَ :you say:الأَوَّلُ؛the first;فَلَاit is not necessaryبِدًا أَنْthat you must

So if the speaker says: is this names synergistic; meaning that you, if you say: the first; it is not necessary that you must say the Last, or is it permissible to separate some from others?!

فَالظَّاهِرُSo it appearsأَنَّthatالمُتَقَابِلَةُthe oppositesمِنْهَاof themمُتَلَازِمَةٌ؛are synergistic;فَإِذَاSo ifقُلْتَ:you say:الأَوَّلُ؛the first;فَقُلْ:then say:الْآخِرُ،the Last,وَإِذَاand ifقُلْتَ:you say:الظَّاهِرُ؛the Manifest;فَقُلْ :then say:الْبَاطِنُ؛the Hidden;لَئَلَّاlestتَفُوتَyou loseصِفَةًattribute

So it appears that the opposites of them are synergistic; so if you say: the first; then say: the Last, and if you say: the Manifest; then say: the Hidden; lest you lose the opposite attribute.
