From; i.e., from it.

And according to the opinion of the people of Basra, the verb "drinks" is included.

The meaning is compatible with the letter 'b', and that which is compatible with it is narrated, and it is known.

That there is no drinking except after drinking, so this verb includes the meaning of its goal, which is drinking.

وَكَذَلِكَAnd likewiseنَقُولُwe sayفِيin﴿وَمَاand whatيَعْرُجُascendsفِيهَاin it:لَاnoدُخُولٌentryفِيinالسَّمَاءِthe heavenإِلَّاexceptبَعْدَafterالْعُرُوجِascendingإِلَيْهَاto itفَيَكُونُso it becomesالْفِعْلُthe verbضَمِنَincludedمَعْنَىthe meaningالْغَايَةَthe goal

And likewise we say in (the verse) 'And what ascends in it: there is no entry in the heaven except after ascending to it', so the verb includes the meaning of the goal.

فَفِيSo inالْآيَةِthe verseذُكِرَmentionedاللَّهُGodعَزَّ وَجَلَّthe Exalted and Almightyعُمُومَthe generalityعِلْمِهِof His knowledgeفِيinكُلِّeverythingشَيْءٍthingبِنَوْعٍwith a typeمِنَofالتَّفْصِيلِdetail،ثُمَّthenفَصَلَdifferentiatedفِيinآيَةٍverseأُخْرَىanother،فَقَالَso He said

So in the verse, God (the Exalted and Almighty) mentioned the generality of His knowledge in everything with a type of detail, and then differentiated in another verse, so He said:

The second verse: His saying: 'And with Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except Him. And He knows what is in the land and the sea, and what falls from a leaf, except He knows it; and not a grain in the darkness of the earth, and not a wet or dry thing except in books.'

وَAndعِندَهُwith HimاللَّهُGodأَيْi.e.:عِندَatاللَّهِGod،وَهُوَand it isخَبَرٌnewsمُقَدَّمٌprecedes.

And with Him is God; i.e., at God, and it is a preceding news.

﴿مَفَاتِحُthe keys:مُبْتَدَأٌsubjectمُؤَخَّرٌdelayed.

The keys: (are) a delayed subject.

وَيُفِيدُAnd it indicatesهَذَاthisالتَّرْكِيبُstructureالْحَصْرُexclusivityوَالْاِخْتِصَاصُand specification؛عِندَهُwith Himلَاnotعِندَatغَيْرِهِother than Himمَفَاتِحُkeysالْغَيْبِof the unseen،وَأَكَّدَand confirmedهَذَاthisالْحَصْرُexclusivityبِقَوْلِهِby His saying﴿لَاnotيَعْلَمُهَاknows itإِلَّاexceptهُوَHe؛فَفِيSo inالْجُمْلَةِthe sentenceحَصْرٌexclusivityبِأَنَّby thatعَلِمَthe knowledgeهَذِهِtheseالْمَفَاتِحُthe keysعِندَatاللَّهِGodبِطَرِيقَتَيْنِin two ways:إِحْدَاهُمَاone of whichبِطَرِيقَةِby the wayالتَّقْدِيمِof bringing forth,وَالثَّانِيَةُand the secondطَرِيقَةٌthe wayالنَّفْيِof negationوَالْإِثْبَاتِand affirmation

And this structure indicates the exclusivity and specification; it is with Him not with others the keys of the unseen, and this exclusivity is confirmed by His saying: 'None knows it except Him'; so in the sentence, exclusivity is by the knowledge of these keys at God in two ways: one of which is by the way of bringing forth, and the second is by the way of negation and affirmation.
