ٱلشَّرْحُThe explanation::ذُكِرَMentionedٱلْمُؤَلِّفُThe authorرَحِمَهُMay he have mercyٱللَّهُAllahفِيinهَـٰذِهِtheseٱلصِّفَـٰتِattributesخَمْسٌfiveآيَـٰتٍverses
The explanation: The author, may Allah have mercy on him, mentioned five verses in these attributes.
ٱلْآيَةُThe verseٱلْأُولَىٰThe first::قَوْلُهُHis saying::( وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ(And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense isجَهَنَّمُHellخَالِدًاTo abide thereinفِيهَاin itوَغَضِبَAnd Allah has wrathٱللَّهُAllahعَلَيْهِupon himوَلَعَنَهُand cursed him﴾ [ٱلنِّسَاء : ٩٣ ]﴾ [An-Nisa: 93]
The first verse: His saying: (And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein, and Allah has wrath upon him and cursed him) [An-Nisa: 93].
وَٱلْمُنَافِقُAnd the hypocrite..وAndمَنwhoeverشَرْطِيَّةٌis conditional..وAnd(مَن)(Whoever)ٱلشَّرْطِيَّةُis the conditionalتُفِيدُindicatesٱلْعُمُومَgenerality
And the hypocrite. And 'whoever' is conditional. And (whoever) indicates generality.
مُؤْمِنًاA believer::هُوَis one whoمِنwhoآمَنَbelievesبِٱللَّهِin Allahوَرَسُولِهِand His Messenger؛;فَخَرَجَthus excludedبِهِby itٱلْكَافِرُthe disbelieverلَـٰكِنْButمَنwhoeverقَتَلَkillsكَافِرًاa disbelieverلَهُwho hasعَهْدٌa covenantأَوْorذِمَّةٌprotectionأَوْorأَمَانٌsafety؛;فَهُوَthen he isآثِمٌsinfulلَـكِنَّButلَاnotيَسْتَحِقُّdeservesٱلْعَوِيدَthe warningٱلْمَذْكُورُmentionedفِيinٱلْآيَةِthe verse
A believer: is one who believes in Allah and His Messenger; thus excluded is the disbeliever. But whoever kills a disbeliever who has a covenant or protection or safety; then he is sinful, but he does not deserve the warning mentioned in the verse.
وَأَمَّاAnd as forٱلْمُنَافِقُthe hypocrite؛;فَهُوَhe isمَعْصُومٌimmuneٱلْدَّمُbloodظَاهِرًاapparently؛;مَاas long asلَمhe has notيُعْلِنْdeclareبِمُنَافَقَتِهِhis hypocrisy
And as for the hypocrite; he is immune in blood apparently; as long as he does not declare his hypocrisy.
وَقَوْلُهُAnd His sayingمُتَعَمِّدًاintentionally))::يَدُلُّindicatesعَلَىonإِخْرَاجِexcludingٱلصَّغِيرِthe smallوَغَيْرِand non-ٱلْعَاقِلِrational؛;لِأَنَّbecauseهَـٰؤُلَـَاءِtheseلَيْسَdo notلَهُمْfor themقَصْدٌintentionمُعْتَبَرٌconsideredوَلَاnorعَمْدٌintent،,وَعَلَىand onإِخْرَاجِexcludingٱلْمُخْطِئِthe mistake،,وَقَدAnd it hasسَبَقَalreadyبَيَانُهُexplainedفِيinٱلْآيَةِthe verseٱلَّتِيthatقَبْلَهَاpreceding it.
And His saying 'intentionally': indicates the exclusion of the small and the non-rational; because these do not have any considered intention nor intent, and on excluding the mistake, and it has already been explained in the verse that precedes it.
فَالَّذِيSo whoeverيَقْتُلُkillsمُؤْمِنًاa believerمُتَعَمِّدًاintentionallyجَزَاؤُهُHis recompense isهَذَاthisٱلْجَزَاءُgreat recompense
So whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is this great recompense.
جَهَنَّمُHell::ٱسْمٌNameمِنofأَسْمَاءُNamesٱلنَّارِthe fire
Hell: is one of the names of the fire.
خَالِدًاAbidingفِيهَاin it،,أَيٌّWhich means::مَاكِثًاremainingفِيـهَاin it
Abiding in it, which means: remaining in it.
وَغَضِبَAnd Allah has wrathٱللَّهُAllahعَلَيْهِupon him،,ٱلْغَضَبُThe wrathصِفَةٌattributeثَابِتَةٌfixedلِلَّهِto Allahتَعَالَىٰthe exaltedعَلَىuponٱلْوَجْهِthe wayٱلَّائِقَةِfittingبِهِfor Him،,وَهِيَand it isمِنofصِفَاتِهِHis attributesٱلْفِعْلِيَّةِthe actual
And Allah has wrath upon him; the wrath is a fixed attribute to Allah the Exalted in a way fitting for Him, and it is one of His actual attributes.
وَAndوَلَعَنَهُand cursed him،,ٱلْلَّعْنُThe curseهُوَisٱلطَّرْدُthe expulsionوَٱلْإِبْعَادُand distancingعَنْfromرَحْمَةِthe mercyٱللَّهِof Allah.
And cursed him; the curse is the expulsion and distancing from the mercy of Allah.
