وَيُقَالُAnd it is saidإِنَّthatعَبْدَاللَّهِAbdullahابْنَson ofسَبَأٍSaba’هَرَبَescapedوَلَمْand notيُمْسِكُوهُhe was caught
And it is said that Abdullah bin Saba' escaped and was not caught.
الْمُهِمُّThe important thingأَنْis thatعَلِيٌّAliابْنَson ofأَبِيAbuطَالِبٍTalibرَضِيَmay Allah be pleasedاللَّهُAllahعَنْهُwith himأَحْرَقَburnedالسَّبَأِيَّةَthe Saba'itesبِالنَّارِwith fire;;لِأَنَّهُمْbecause theyادَّعَوْاclaimedفِيهِin himالْأُلُوهِيَّةَdivinity
The important thing is that Ali bin Abi Talib may Allah be pleased with him, burned the Saba'ites with fire because they claimed divinity in him.
فَنَقُولُSo we say::كُلُّEveryoneمَنْwho isكَانَwasمِنْofأَهْلِthe people ofالْقِبْلَةِthe Qiblaلَاdoes notيُنْكِرُونَdenyهَذَيْنِthese twoالنَّوْعَيْنِtypesمِنْofالتَّوحِيدِmonotheismوَهُمَاand they areتَوْحِيدُthe oneness ofالرُّبُوبِيَّةِLordshipوَتَوْحِيدُand the oneness ofالْأُلُوهِيَّةِDivinity,,وَإِنْand althoughكَانَthere areيُوجَدُexistفِيamongبَعْضِsomeأَهْلِof the peopleالْبِدَعِof innovationsمِنْwhoيُؤَلِّهُdeifyأَحَدًاanyoneمِنَofالْبَشَرِmankind
So we say that everyone who is of the people of the Qibla does not deny these two types of monotheism, which are the oneness of Lordship and the oneness of Divinity, although there are some among the people of innovations who deify anyone from mankind.
الْقِسْمُThe section::
The section:
لَكِنَّButالَّذِيthe one whoكَثُرَincreasedفِيهِin itالنِّزَاعُdisputeبَيْنَbetweenأَهْلِthe people ofالْقِبْلَةِthe Qiblaهُوَis::الثَّالِثُthe third::وَهُوَand it isتَوْحِيدُthe oneness ofالْأَسْمَاءِthe namesوَالصِّفَاتِand attributes::هَذَاThisهُوَisالَّذِيthatكَثُرَincreasedفِيهِin itالْخَوْضُthe argumentفَانْقَسَمَSo they dividedالنَّاسُthe peopleفِيهِin itإِلَىintoثَلَاثَةٍthreeأَقْسَامٍsections,,وَهُمْand they areمُمَثِّلٌthe representative,,وَمُعَطِّلٌand the negator,,وَمُعْتَدِلٌand the moderate,,وَالْمُعَطِّلُand the negator::إِمَّاeitherمُكَذِّبٌa denier,,أَوْorمُحَرِّفٌa distorter
But the one who has increased in this dispute among the people of the Qibla is: the third: and it is the oneness of names and attributes: this is that which has increased in the argument, so the people divided into three sections, and they are the representative, the negator, and the moderate, and the negator is either a denier or a distorter.
وَأَوَّلُAnd the firstبِدْعَةٌinnovationحَدَثَتْoccurredفِيinهَذِهِthisالْأُمَّةِnationهِيَisبِدْعَةٌan innovationالْخَوَارِجُthe Khawarij؛;لِأَنَّbecauseزَعِيمَهُمْtheir leaderخَرَجَrose upعَلَىagainstالنَّبِيِّthe Prophetﷺ(peace be upon him)،,وَهُوَand he isذُوthe one that hasالْخُوَيْصِرَةِAl-KhuwairisahمِنَfromبَنِيBanuتَمِيمٍTamim،,حِينَwhenقَسَمَhe dividedالنَّبِيُّthe Prophetﷺ(peace be upon him)ذَهَبًاthe goldجَاءَتْcame,,فَقَسَمَهَاand he divided itبَيْنَamongالنَّاسِthe people,,فَقَالَand he saidلَهُto himهَذَاthisالرَّجُلَman::يَاOمُحَمَّدَMuhammad!!أَعْدِلْbe just(۱)(1)فَكَانَSo he wasهَذَاthisأَوَّلَfirstخُرُوجٍdepartureخَرَجَthat aroseبِهِby itعَلَىagainstالشَّرِيعَةِthe Shari'aالإِسْلَامِيَّةِIslamic,,ثُمَّthenعَظُمَتْintensifiedفِتْنَتُهُمْtheir fitnahفِيinأَوَاخِرِthe endخِلَافَةِthe CaliphateعُثْمَانَUthmanوَفِيand inالْفِتْنَةِthe fitnahبَيْنَbetweenعَلِيٍّAliوَمُعَاويةَand Muawiyaفَكَفَّرُواthey declared apostasy againstالْمُسْلِمِينَthe Muslims,,واَسْتَحَلُّواand they declared permissibleدِمَاءَهُمْtheir blood
And the first innovation that occurred in this nation is the innovation of the Khawarij; because their leader rose up against the Prophet (peace be upon him), and he is Al-Khuwairisah from Banu Tamim, when the Prophet (peace be upon him) divided the gold that came among the people, he said to this man: O Muhammad! Be just! So this was the first departure against the Islamic Shari'a; then their fitnah intensified in the late Caliphate of Uthman and in the fitnah between Ali and Muawiya, and they declared apostasy against the Muslims, and they declared their blood permissible.
