وَأَمَّاAnd as forالْمُنَادَاةُ؛the calling;فَتَكُونُit isمِنْfromبَعِيدٍfarلَبَعِيدٍ.to far.

And as for the calling, it is from afar to afar.

These people conceal what they say of sins, and they whisper to one another; then Allah says, threatening them: Do they think that We do not hear their secret and their whispering?

Indeed: a particle of affirmation; it means: yes, we hear; and in addition to that: our messengers are with them, writing what they conceal and what they whisper, and the messengers here refer to the angels appointed to write the deeds of the children of Adam; for in this verse, there is proof that God hears their secrets and whispers.

The fourth verse: His saying: ﴿Indeed I am with you both; I hear and I see﴾ [Ta-Ha: 46].

The address is to Moses and Aaron, peace and blessings be upon them; Allah the Glorified and Exalted says to them: ﴿Indeed I am with you both; I hear and I see; that is: I hear what you both say, and I hear what is said to you both, and I see you both, and I see who you have sent to him, and I see what you both do and I see what is done to you both.

Because either he wrongs them by words or by deeds; if it is by words, then it is heard with Allah; and if it is by deeds, then it is seen with Allah.

The fifth verse: His saying: ‘Indeed Allah knows that He sees [Al-‘Alaq: 14].

The pronoun in 'knows' refers to whoever wrongs the Prophet (peace be upon him), due to his saying: ﴿Have you seen who warns a servant when he is righteous? Have you seen if he is upon the guidance or commanded with righteousness? Have you seen if he denies and turns away? Did he not know that Allah sees?﴾ [Al-‘Alaq: 9-14].
