Abdul Aziz Al-Rashid said in Al-Tanbihat: "And as for its indication on monotheism, then it indicated the three types of monotheism. So it indicated the affirmation of worship to Allah and its negation from whom is other than Him. As it indicated also monotheism of lordship, for the incapable is not suitable as a god. And it indicated monotheism of the names and the attributes, for one deprived of the names and the attributes is not anything but rather he is pure non-existence, as said some of the scholars: The anthropomorphist worships an idol, and the denier worships non-existence, and the monotheist worships the god of the earth and the sky."

(1).

Sheikh Taqi ud-Din Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "And the testimony that there is no god except Allah, in it are the divine matters, and they are the three foundations: monotheism of lordship, monotheism of divinity, and monotheism of the names and the attributes. And these three foundations revolve around them the religions of the messengers and what was revealed to them, and they are the major foundations that indicated them and testified to them the intellects and the innate dispositions" (1).
