وَفِيAnd inالمُسندِthe Musnadمِنofحَدِيثِthe narrationبُرَيْدَةَof Buraidahقَالَhe saidخَرَجَwent outإِلَيْنَاto usرَسُولَthe Messengerاللَّهِof Allahﷺ(peace be upon him)يَوْمًاone dayفَنَادَىthen he calledثَلاثَthreeمَرَّاتٍtimesيَاOأَيُّهَاyouالنَّاسُpeopleتَدْرُونَdo you knowمَاwhatمَثْلِيَis like meوَمَثَلُكُمْand your example?
And in the Musnad of the narration of Buraidah, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went out to us one day, and then he called three times: O people, do you know what my example and your example is?
فَقَالُواThey saidاللَّهُAllahوَرَسُولُهُand His Messengerأَعْلَمُknow better.
They said: Allah and His Messenger know better.
فَقَالَHe saidإِنَّمَاIndeedمَثَلِيَmy exampleوَمَثَلُكُمْand your exampleمَثَلُis likeقَوْمٍa peopleخَافُواwho fearedعَدُوًّاan enemyيَأْتِيَهُمْcoming to themفَبَعَثُواSo they sentرَجُلًاa manيَتَرَاءَىto observeلَهُمْfor themفَأَبْصَرَand he sawالْعَدُوَّthe enemyفَأَقْبَلَand he cameلِيُنْذِرَهُمْto warn themأَنْbeforeيَدْرِكَكُمhe reachesالْعَدُوُّthe enemyقَبْلَbeforeأَنْthatيُنْذِرَhe warnsقَوْمَهُhis peopleفَأَهْوَىand he wavedبِثَوْبِهِhis garmentأَيُّهَا النَّاسُO peopleخَشِيَhe fearedأَتَيْتُمyou have comeأَيُّهَا النَّاسُO peopleأَتَيْتُمyou have comeثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍthree times.
He said: "Indeed, my example and your example is like that of a people who feared an enemy coming to them; so they sent a man to observe for them, and he saw the enemy, and he came to warn them that the enemy should reach them before he warned his people; so he waved his garment, saying: O people, I fear you have come, O people, you have come; three times."
وَفِيAnd inصَحِيحِthe authenticمُسلمٍMuslimمِنfromحَدِيثِthe narrationجَابِرٍof Jabirقَالَhe saidقَالَThe Messengerاللَّهُof Allahﷺ(peace be upon him)كُلُّEverythingمَاthatأَسْكَرَintoxicatesحَرَامٌis forbiddenوَإِنَّand indeedعَلَىuponاللَّهِAllahعَزَّ وَجَلَّthe Almightyعَقْدًاcontractsلِمَنfor whoeverشَرِبَdrinksالْمُسْكِرَthe intoxicantأَنْthatيُسْقَىHe will give him to drinkمِنfromطِينَةِthe clayالْخَبَالِof the evil.
And in the authentic narration of Muslim from Jabir, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Everything that intoxicates is forbidden, and indeed upon Allah the Almighty is a contract for whoever drinks the intoxicant that He will give him to drink from the clay of evil.
قِيلَIt was saidوَمَاand whatطِينَةُis the clayالْخَبَالِof the evil?قَالَHe saidعَرَقٌIt is the sweatأَهْلِof the peopleالنَّارِof the fireأوorعُصَارَةٌthe extractأَهْلِof the peopleالنَّارِof the fire.
It was said: And what is the clay of evil? He said: It is the sweat of the people of the fire, or the extract of the people of the fire.

(1) 348/5 (22948). And transmitted by Al-Ramhramzi in examples of the hadith (7) and Abu Sheikh Al-Asbahani in the examples (253) from the path of Bashir bin Al-Muhajir Al-Ghanawi from Abdullah Buraidah from his father and then he mentioned it.
قُلْتُI saidفِينَاIn itبَشِيرٌBashirابْنُson ofالْمُهَاجِرِAl-Muhajirقَالَhe saidفِينَاin itالْإِمَامُthe ImamأَحْمَدُAhmadمُنْكَرٌis weakالْحَدِيثُthe hadithقَدْI haveاعْتَبَرْتُconsideredأَحَادِيثَهُhis narrationsفَإِذَاand ifهُوَhe isيَجِيءُcomingبِالْعَجَبِwith strange.
I said: In it, Bashir bin Al-Muhajir said: In it, the Imam Ahmad said: The hadith is weak; I have considered his narrations, and if he comes with strange.
وَوَثَّقَهُAnd he trustedابْنُIbnمَعِينٍMa'in.وَقَالَAnd he saidالنسائيAl-Nasa'iلَيْسَhe is notبِهِin himبَأْسٌharm.وَقَالَAnd he saidمَرَّةًonceلَيْسَhe is notبِالْقَوِيِّstrong.
And he trusted Ibn Ma'in. And he said Al-Nasa'i: "He is not harmful." And he said once "He is not strong."
وَقَالَAnd he saidأَبُوAbuحَاتِمٍHatimيَكْتُبُhe writesحَدِيثَهُhis narrationsوَلَاand notيُحْتَجُestablish as proofبِهِwith it.
And he said: Abu Hatim said: "He writes his narrations and does not establish them as proof."
وَقَالَAnd he saidابْنُIbnعَدِيٍّAdi.وَلَبَشِيرُAnd for Bashirابْنِson ofمُهَاجِرٍAl-Muhajirأَحَادِيثٌnarrationsغَيْرُother thanمَا ذَكَرْتُwhat I mentionedعَنْfromابْنِIbnبُرَيْدَةَBuraidahوَغَيْرِهِand others.وَقَدْAnd he hasرَوَىnarratedمَاwhatلَاnotيُتَابَعُcorroboratedعَلَيْهِupon it.وَهُوَAnd he isمِمَّنamong those whoيَكْتُبُwritesحَدِيثَهُhis narrationsوَإِنْand ifكَانَhe hasفِيهِin himبَعْضُsomeالْضَّعْفِweakness.
And he said: Ibn Adi—And for Bashir bin Al-Muhajir, there are narrations other than what I mentioned from Ibn Buraidah and others. And he has narrated what has not been corroborated, and he is among those who write his narrations, and if he has some weakness in him.
انْظُرْLookالْكَامِلَthe complete(٢١٢)(212)وَتَهْذِيبَand the refinementالْكَمَالِof perfection(١٧٧/٤)(177/4).(٢)(2)هَذِهُمَاThe word 'today' is missing from theالمَصْدَرِsource.(٣)(3)كِتَابُBookالْأَشْرِبَةِof DrinksبَابٌChapterبَيَانٌindicatingأَنْthatكُلَّeveryمُسْكِرٍintoxicating drinkخَمْرٌis wine.......
Look at the complete (212) and the refinement of perfection (177/4). (2) The word 'today' is missing from the source. (3) The Book of Drinks, Chapter indicating that every intoxicating drink is wine.
(٤)(4)فِيInمَصْدَرٍ:source:«كُلُّ"Everythingمُسْكِرٍthat intoxicates.وَفِيAnd inحَاشِيَتِهَاits margin:«خِمَارٌ"forbidden"مَاeverythingأَسْكَرَthat intoxicates."
