سَفَهَائِهِم،their foolishness,وَفَيْئِهِمand their spoilsعِندَatبُخَلَائِهِم.their miserly.
Their foolishness, and their spoils at the hands of their miserly.
وَذَكَرَAnd mentionedالإِمَامَthe ImamأَحْمَدَAhmadوَغَيْرَهُand othersعَنْfromقَتَادَةَQatada:قَالَ: saidمُوسَىMoses:يَا: OرَبَّLord:أَنتَ: You areفِيinالسَّمَاءِ،the sky,وَنَحْنُand we areفِيinالأَرْضِ،the earth,:فَمَا: so whatعَلَامَةًis the signغَضَبِكَof Your angerمِنَfromرِضَاكَ؟Your pleasure?
And the Imam Ahmad and others mentioned from Qatada: Moses said: O Lord, You are in the sky, and we are in the earth; so what is the sign of Your anger from Your pleasure?
قَالَHe said::إِذَا: IfاسْتُعْمِلْتُYou appointعَلَيْكُمْupon youخِيَارَكُمْyour bestفَهُوَthen it isمِنْfromعَلَامَةٍthe signرِضَايَof My pleasureعَلَيْكُمْ؟upon you?
He said: If you appoint your best upon you, then it is a sign of My pleasure upon you.
وَإِذَاAnd ifاسْتُعْمِلْتُYou appointعَلَيْكُمْupon youشِرَارَكُمْyour worstفَهُوَthen it isعَلَامَةٌa signسَخَطِيof My wrathعَلَيْكُمْ.upon you.
And if you appoint your worst upon you, then it is a sign of My wrath upon you.
وَذَكَرَAnd mentionedابْنَIbnأَبِيAbiالدُّنْيَاthe worldعَنْfromالْفُضَيْلِAl-FudhaylبْنِbinعِيَاضٍIyyadقَالَHe said::أَوْحَى: RevealedاللَّهُGodإِلَىtoبَعْضِsome ofالْأَنْبِيَاءِthe prophets:إِذَا: Ifعَصَانِيthey disobeyed Meمَنْwhoيَعْرِفُنِيknows MeسَلَّطْتُI will appointعَلَيْهِupon himمَنْwhomلَاnotيَعْرِفُنِي.knows Me.
And Ibn Abi Dunya said from Al-Fudhayl bin Iyyad, he said: God revealed to some of the prophets: If they disobeyed Me who knows Me, I will appoint upon him one who does not know Me.
وَذَكَرَAnd mentionedأَيْضًاalsoمِنْfromحَدِيثِthe hadithابْنِIbnعُمَرَUmarيَرْفَعُهُ:raising it:«وَالَّذِيBy the Oneنَفْسِيmy soulبِيَدِهِ،is in His hand,لَاnotتَقُومُwill the hour be establishedالسَّاعَةُthe hourحَتَّىuntilيَبْعَثَHe sendsاللَّهُGodأُمَرَاءَrulersكَذَبةًliarsوَوُزَرَاءَand ministersفُجَّرَةً،wicked,وَأَعْوَانًاand helpersخَوَنةً،traitors,وَعُرَفَاءَand leadersظَلَمَةً،tyrants,وَقُرَّاءَand recitersفَسَقَةٌ.debauched.
And also mentioned from the hadith of Ibn Umar, raising it: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, the hour will not be established until God sends liars as rulers, wicked ministers, treacherous helpers, tyrannous leaders, and debauched reciters.
سِيمَاهُمْTheir marksسِيمَةٌthe markالرَّاهِبَانِ،of the monks,وَقُلُوبُهُمْand their heartsأَنْتَنُmore foulمِنَthanالنَّجَسِ.the impure.
Their marks are the marks of monks, and their hearts are more foul than the impure.

(۲)(2)فِيInالزُّهْدِ،asceticism,وَهُوَand it isمِنَfromزَوَائِدِthe supplementsابْنِهof his sonعَبْدِاللَّهِAbdullah(۱۵۸۲)،(1582),وَابْنِand IbnأَبِيAbiالدُّنْيَاthe worldفِيinالْعُقُوبَاتِthe penalties(۳۲)(32)وَأَبُوand AbuنَعِيمٍNaimفِيinالْحَلِيَّةِthe adornments(٦/(۲۹۰)(6/290)وَابْنُand IbnعَسَاكِرَAsakirفِيinتَارِيخِthe historyدِمَشْقٍof Damascus(١٤٥/٦۱)،(145/61),وَسَنْدُهُand its chainضَعِيفٌ.is weak.
(2) In asceticism, and it is from the supplements of his son Abdullah (1582), and Ibn Abi Dunya in the penalties (32) and Abu Naim in the adornments (6/290) and Ibn Asakir in the history of Damascus (145/61), and its chain is weak.
(۳)(3)ف:So:قَالَ: said:قَالَsaidمُوسَىMosesعَلَيْهِpeace be upon himالسَّلامُpeaceز:: Yahya.
(3) So: He said: Moses, peace be upon him, said: "Yahya."
(٤)(4)ف:So:فَهُوَit isعَلَامَةٌ.a sign.وَقَدْAnd it hasتَأَخَّرَbeen delayedفِيهاin itذِكْرُthe mentionالْخِيَارِof the bestعَلَىoverالأَشْرَارِ.the wicked.
(4) So: it is a sign. And it has been delayed in the mention of the best over the wicked.
(٥)(5)فِيInالْعُقُوبَاتِthe penalties(۳۳).(33).وَأَخْرَجَهُAnd narrated byالشَّجَرِيُّAl-Shajariفِيinأَمَالِيِّهhis collections(٢٥٦/٢).(256/2).

(٦)(6)فِيInالْعُقُوبَاتِthe penalties(٣٤).(34).وَأَخْرَجَهُAnd narrated byالشَّجَرِيُّAl-Shajariفِيinأَمَالِيِّهhis collections(٢٦٤/٢)،(264/2),مِنْfromطَرِيقِthe routeكَوْثَرَKawtharبْنِbinحَكِيمٍHakimعَنْaboutنَافِعٍNafiعَنْaboutابْنِIbnعُمَرَ،Umar,فَذَكَرَهُ.so he mentioned it.
(6) In the penalties (34). And reported by Al-Shajari in his collections (264/2), from the route of Kawthar bin Hakim about Nafi about Ibn Umar, so he mentioned it.
قُلْتُI saidفِيْهِin itكَوْثَرَKawtharبْنِbinحَكِيمٍHakimقَالَsaidالإِمَامُthe ImamأَحْمَدُAhmadكَوْثَرَKawtharأَحَادِيثُهُhis narrationsبَوَاطِيلٌ،are fabrications,لَيْسَthere is notبِشَيْءٍ».anything."وَقَالَAnd he saidالْبُخَارِيُّ:Al-Bukhari:كَوْثَرَKawtharعَنْfromنَافِعٍNafiمُنْكَرٌis a fabrication.الْحَدِيثُ»."the narration."وَقَالَAnd saidالنَّسَائِيُّAl-Nasa'i:مَتْرُوكٌis abandonedالْحَدِيثُ»."the narration."وَقَالَAnd saidابْنُIbnعَدِيٍّ:Adi:... وَعَامَّةُ... and mostمَاwhatيَرْوِيْهُhe narratesغَيْرَnotمَحْفُوظَةٍ».preserved."
I said about Kawthar bin Hakim: The Imam Ahmad said: "Kawthar's narrations are fabrications, there is not anything." And Al-Bukhari said: "Kawthar from Nafi is fabricated." And Al-Nasa'i said: "The narration is abandoned." And Ibn Adi said: "... and most of what he narrates is not preserved."
