فَصْلٌChapterوَمِنْهَاAnd among themأَنْthatغَيْرِهِothersمِنْofالنَّاسِpeopleوَالْدَّوَابِّand beastsيَعُودُreturnsعَلَيْهِto himشَأْمٌthe evilذُنُوبِهِof his sinsفَيَحْتَرِقُso it burnsهُوَheوَغَيْرُهُand othersبِشَأْمِwith the evilالذُّنُوبِof sinsوَالظُّلْمِand injustice

And among them is that others of the people and beasts return to him with the evil of his sins, so he and others are burned by the evil of sins and injustice.

قَالَSaidأَبُوAbuهُرَيْرَةَHuraira::إنَّIndeedالحُبَارَىٰthe bustardلَتَمُوتُwill dieفِيinوَكْرِهَاits nestمِنْfromظُلْمِthe injusticeالظَّالِمِof the oppressor

Abu Huraira said: Indeed, the bustard will die in its nest from the injustice of the oppressor.

وَقَالَAnd saidمُجَاهِدٌMujahid::إنَّIndeedالْبَهَائِمَthe animalsتَلْعَنُْcurseعُصَاةَthe disobedientبَنِيof the childrenآدَمَof Adamإِذَاwhenاشْتَدَّتْintensifiesالسَّنَةُthe drought,,وَأَمْسَكَتِand withholdsالْمَطَرُthe rain;;وَتَقُولُAnd they say::هَذَاthisبِشَأْمِby the evilمَعْصِيَةِof the disobedienceابْنِsonآدَمَAdam

And Mujahid said: Indeed, the animals curse the disobedient of the children of Adam when the drought intensifies, and the rain is withheld; and they say: This is by the evil of the disobedience of the son of Adam.

فَSo:: «الظُّلْمُ"Injusticeوَذُنُوبٌand sins".. (1)(1)(۲)(2)أَخْرَجَهُNarrated byالطَّبَرِيAl-Tabariفِيinتَفْسِيرِهِhis interpretation(١٢٦/١٤)(126/14)وَالْبَيْهَقِيand Al-Bayhaqiفِيinالشَّعْبِal-Shuab(٧٠٧٥)(7075)

So: "Injustice and sins". (1) (2) Narrated by Al-Tabari in his interpretation (126/14) and Al-Bayhaqi in al-Shuab (7075).

مِنْFromطَرِيقِthe routeمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadبْنِbinجَابِرٍJabirوَعُمَرَand UmarبْنِbinجَابِرٍJabirالْحَنَفِيِّينَthe HanafisكِلَاهُمَاbothعَنْfromيَحْيَىYahyaبْنِbinأَبِيAbuكَثِيرٍKithirعَنْfromأَبِيAbuسَلَمَةَSalamaعَنْfromأَبِيAbuهُرَيْرَةَHurairaأَنْthatسَمِعَhe heardرَجُلًاa manيَقُولُsaying:: إنَّIndeedالظَّالِمَthe oppressorلَاdoes notيُضِرَّharmإِلَّاexceptنَفْسَهُhimself.

From the route of Muhammad bin Jabir and Umar bin Jabir the Hanafis, both from Yahya bin Abu Kithir from Abu Salama from Abu Huraira that he heard a man saying: Indeed the oppressor does not harm except himself.

فَقَالَSo he saidأَبُوAbuهُرَيْرَةَHurairaبَلَىYesوَاللَّهِby Allah......فَذَكَرَهُand he mentioned it

So Abu Huraira said: Yes, by Allah ... and he mentioned it.

مُحْتَمَلٌThis is acceptedلِلْتَّحْسِينِfor improvement,,فَإِنَّfor indeedمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadبْنِbinجَابِرٍJabirضَعِيفٌis weakالْحِفْظُin preservation,,وَأَخُوهُand his brotherعُمَرُUmarلَمْdid notيُوَثِّقْهُvalidate himغَيْرَotherابْنِthan binحَيَّانَHayan.

This is accepted for improvement, for indeed Muhammad bin Jabir is weak in preservation, and his brother Umar did not validate him other than bin Hayan.

وَأَيْضًاAnd alsoرَوَاهُreportedعِكْرِمَةُIkrimahبْنِbinعَمَّارٍAmarعَنْfromيَحْيَىYahyaبْنِbinأَبِيAbuكَثِيرٍKithir,,قَالَhe said:: قَالَsaidرَجُلٌa manعِندَatأَبِيAbuهُرَيْرَةَ, فَذَكَرَهُand he mentioned it

And it was also reported by Ikrimah bin Amar from Yahya bin Abu Kithir, he said: A man said at Abu Huraira, and he mentioned it.

أَخْرَجَهُNarrated byابْنِIbnأَبِيAbuالدُّنْيَاal-Dunyaفِيinالْعُقُوبَاتِthe punishments(٢٦٩)(269)

Narrated by Ibn Abu Dunya in the punishments (269).

وَرَوَاهُAnd it was reportedضَمْرَةُDhamrahبْنِbinرَبِيعَةَRabiahعَنْfromالشَّيْبَانِيِّal-Shaybaniقَالَhe said::سَمِعَheardأَبُوAbuهُرَيْرَةَHurairaرَجُلًاa manيَقُولُ: كُلَّEveryشَاةٍsheepمُعَلَّقَةٌis hungبِرِجْلِهَاby its legفَقَالَSo he saidأَبُوAbuهُرَيْرَةَHurairaكَلَّاNoوَاللَّهِby Allahوَذَكَرَهُand he mentioned it

And it was reported by Dhamrah bin Rabiah from al-Shaybani, who said: Abu Huraira heard a man saying: Every sheep is hung by its leg, so Abu Huraira said: No, by Allah, and he mentioned it.

أَخْرَجَهُNarrated byابْنِIbnأَبِيAbuالدُّنْيَاal-Dunyaفِيinالْعُقُوبَاتِthe punishments(٢٧٢)(272)وَسَنْدُهُand its chainمِنْقَطِعٌis disconnected

Narrated by Ibn Abu Dunya in the punishments (272), and its chain is disconnected.

(۳)(3)«مُجَاهِدٌ»"Mujahid"سَاقِطٌis droppedمِنْfromسS.

(4) S: "withheld." (5) So: "the children of Adam." Narrated by Ibn Wahb in his Tafsir from the جامع (13/1 - 14 (24) and Ibn Abi Hatim in his Tafsir (1446, 1448) from the route of Ibn Abu Najih, and they mentioned it.

وَأَخْرَجَهُAnd narrated byالثَّوْرِيAl-Thawriفِيinتَفْسِيرِهِhis Tafsir(٥٣(53ـ-٥٤)54)

And narrated by Al-Thawri in his Tafsir (53-54).

وَابْنُand IbnأَبِيAbuحَاتِمٍHatim(١٤٤٧)(1447)

and Ibn Abu Hatim (1447).

وَالطَّبَرِيand Al-Tabari(٥٤/٢(54/2ـ-٥٥)55)

and Al-Tabari (54/2 - 55).

وَابْنُand IbnأَبِيAbuالدُّنْيَاthe worldفِيinالْعُقُوبَاتِthe punishments(۲۷۱)(271)

and Ibn Abu Dunya in the punishments (271).

وَأَبُوAnd AbuنُعَيْمٍNuaymفِيinالْحِلْيَةِal-Hilyah(٢٨٦/٣(286/3--(۲۸۷287))،وَغَيْرُهُمْand othersمِنْfromطَرِيقِthe routeمَنْصُورٍMansurبْنِbinالْمُعْتَمِرِAl-Mu'tamirعَنْfromمُجَاهِدٍMujahidقَالَhe said:: ١٤٥145

And narrated by Abu Nuaym in al-Hilyah (286/3 - 287), and others from the route of Mansur bin Al-Mu'tamir from Mujahid, he said: 145.
