The author began the answer to the inquiry directly with the words.

"All praise is due to God. It is established in the authentic hadith of Bukhari from Abu Huraira, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Nothing was sent down by God as a disease except that He sent down for it a cure...".

And he continued to write improvisationally in his natural style, moving from one topic to another, until the fatwa became a large book. And with that, the topics of the book came ordered, progressive, and harmonious contrary to what is thought in such composition.

And we can divide its topics into five sections.

افْتَتَحَHe openedالْكَلَامَthe speechبِالْحَدِيثِwith the hadithالَّذِيthatأَوْرَدْنَاهُwe mentionedآنِفًاearlierوَذَكَرَand mentionedأَنَّthatاللَّهَGodتَعَالَىthe Most Highأَخْبَرَinformedعَنْaboutالْقُرْآنِthe Quranأَنَّهُthat itشِفَاءٌis a cure,ثُمَّthenنَبَّهَhe alertedعَلَىtoأَنَّthatالْأَذْكَارَthe remembrancesوَالْآيَاتِand the versesوَالدُّعَاءِand the supplicationsالَّتِيwhichيُسْتَشْفَىare sought for healingبِهَاwith itهِيَareفِيinنَفْسِهَاthemselvesنَافِعَةٌbeneficialوَشَافِيَةٌand curativeوَلَكِنَّbutتَسْتَدْعِيthey requireقَبُولَthe acceptanceالْمَحَلِّof the placeوَقُوَّةَand the strengthهِمَّةَof the willالْفَاعِلِof the doerوَتَأْثِيرَهُand its effect.

He opened the speech with the hadith that we mentioned earlier and mentioned that God the Most High informed about the Quran that it is a cure. Then he alerted that the remembrances, verses, and supplications that are sought for healing with it are themselves beneficial and curative but require the acceptance of the place and the strength of the will of the doer and its effect.

ثُمَّThenذَكَرَhe mentionedأَسْبَابًاreasonsأُخْرَىotherلِتَخَلُّفِfor the failureالْشِّفَاءِof the cure,وَشُرُوطًاand the conditionsقَبُولِfor acceptanceالدُّعَاءِof the supplication,وَالْآفَاتِand the ailmentsالَّتِيwhichتَحُولُpreventدُونَfromتَأْثِيرِهَاits effect.

Then he mentioned other reasons for the failure of the cure, and the conditions for acceptance of the supplication, and the ailments which prevent its effect.

ثُمَّThenعَقَدَhe heldفَصْلاًa sectionمُهِمًّاimportantلِلْإِجَابَةِto answerعَنْonسُؤَالٍa questionمَشْهُورٍfamous".وَهُوَAnd it isأَنْthatالْمَطْلُوبَwhat is soughtبِالدُّعَاءِby supplicationإِنْifكَانَit wasمُقَدَّرًاpredestined,فَلَاthen there is notبُدٌّbutمِنْofوُقُوعِهِits occurrence,دَعَاwhether he asksبِهِfor itالْعَبْدُthe servantأَمْorلَمْdid notيَدْعُask ;وَإِلَّاotherwiseلَمْnotيَقَعْoccurسَوَاءًwhetherسَأَلَهُhe askedالْعَبْدُthe servantأَمْorلَمْdid notيَسْأَلْهُask him,,,فَمَافَمَافَائِدَةُbenefitالدُّعَاءِ؟is there in supplication?

Then he held an important section to answer a famous question, which is that if what is sought by supplication is predestined, then there is no avoiding its occurrence, whether the servant asks for it or does not ask; otherwise it would not occur, whether the servant asked or did not ask him, so what then is the benefit of supplication?

وَبَيَّنَAnd he explainedأَنَّthatالمُقَدَّرَthe predestinedقَدْرَis determinedوُقُوعَهُits occurrenceبِأَسْبَابٍby causes,وَمِنْهَاand among themالدُّعَاءَis supplication.ثُمَّThenذَكَرَhe mentionedأَنَّthatاللَّهَGodسُبْحَانَهُGlory be to Himجَعَلَhas madeالأَعْمَالَthe actionsفِيinكِتَابِهِHis Bookسَبَبًاa causeلِحُصُولِfor obtainingالْخَيْرَاتِthe good thingsوَالشَّرُّand the evilsفِيinالدُّنْيَاthe worldوَالْآخِرَةِand the Hereafter.

And he explained that the predestined is determined by causes, and among them is supplication. Then he mentioned that God, Glory be to Him, has made actions in His Book a cause for obtaining good things and evils in this world and the Hereafter.

فَالْمُؤْمِنُSo the believerيَدْفَعُrepelsقَدَرَthe predestinedالْعُقُوبَةَpunishmentالْآخِرَةِof the Hereafterبِقَدْرِin proportion toالتَّوْبَةِthe repentanceوَالْإِيمَانِand faithوَالْأَعْمَالِand actionsالصَّالِحَةِrighteous.ثُمَّThenمُغالَطَةًthe contradictionنَفْسِof the selfالْإِنْسَانِof the humanإِيَّاهَاto itبِالِاتِّكَالِby relyingعَلَىonعَفْوِthe forgivenessاللَّهِof Godوَمَغْفِرَتِهِand His pardonتَارَةًsometimes,حَذَّرَhe cautioned

So the believer repels the predestined punishment of the Hereafter in proportion to the repentance, faith, and righteous actions. Then he cautioned against the contradiction of the self of the human to rely on the forgiveness of God and His pardon sometimes.
