And from its punishments: what God, the Exalted, casts into the heart of the disobedient is fear and terror, so that you see him only as fearful and terrified.
فَإِنَّIndeed,الطَّاعَةَobedienceحِصْنٌis a fortressاللَّهِof Godالْأَعْظَمِthe greatestالَّذِيwhichمَنْwhoeverدَخَلَهَاenters itكَانَisمِنَamongالْآمِنِينَthe safeمِنْfromعُقُوبَةِpunishmentالدُّنْيَاof this worldوَالْآخِرَةِand the hereafter,،,وَمَنْand whoeverخَرَجَexitsعَنْهَاfrom itأَحَاطَتْis surroundedبِهِby himالْمَخَاوِفُfearsمِنْfromكُلِّeveryجَانِبٍside.
Indeed, obedience is the greatest fortress of God; whoever enters it is among the safe from the punishments of this world and the hereafter, and whoever exits from it is surrounded by fears from every side.
فَمَنSo whoeverأَطَاعَobeysاللَّهَGodانْقَلَبَتِturnsالْمَخَاوِفُthe fearsفِيinحَقِّهِhis rightأَمَانًاinto safety,,,وَمَنand whoeverعَصَاهُdisobeys Himانْقَلَبَتْturnsمَآمِنُهُhis places of safetyمَخَاوِفَinto fears.
So whoever obeys God turns the fears in his right into safety, and whoever disobeys Him turns his places of safety into fears.
فَلَاSo do notتَجِدyou findالْعَاصِيthe disobedientإِلَّاexceptوَقَلْبَهُhis heartكَأَنَّهُas if itبَيْنَis betweenجَنَاحَيْthe wings ofطَائِرٍa bird,,,إِنْifحَرَّكَتْthe wind movesالرِّيحُthe windالْبَابَthe doorقَالَhe says::جَاءَتِcameالطَّلَبُthe demand,,,وَإِنْand ifسَمِعَhe hearsوَقْعَthe sound ofقَدَمٍstepsخَافَhe fearsأَنْthatيَكُونَit isنَذِيرًاa warningبِالْعَطَبِof destruction.
So you will find the disobedient only with a heart as if it is between the wings of a bird; if the wind moves the door, he says: 'The demand has come,' and if he hears the sound of footsteps, he fears it is a warning of destruction.
يَحْسَبُHe supposesكُلَّeveryصَيْحَةٍshoutعَلَيْهِagainst him,وَكُلَّand everyمَكْرُوهٍunpleasant thingقَاصِدًاaimedإِلَيْهِat him.,,فَمَنSo whoeverخَافَfearsاللَّهَGodآمَنَهُHe makes him secureمِنْfromكُلِّeveryشَيْءٍthing,,,وَمَنand whoeverلَمْdid notيَخْفَfearاللَّهَGodأَخَافَهُHe makes him fearمِنْfromكُلِّeveryشَيْءٍthing.
He supposes every shout against him, and every unpleasant thing aimed at him. So whoever fears God, He makes him secure from everything, and whoever does not fear God, He makes him fear everything.

Thus God decided among the people who were created that fears and crimes are in the generation of.

And from its punishments: that it causes great estrangement in the heart, the sinner finds himself estranged, for estrangement has been cast between him and his Lord, and between him and creation, and between him and his own self. And as much as the sins increased, the estrangement intensified.
