رَسُولُMessengerاللَّهِof Allah(peace be upon him)::«مَنْ"Whoeverلَمْdoes notيَسْأَلْaskاللَّهَAllahيَغْضَبْgets angryعَلَيْهِupon him.وَفِيAnd inصَحِيحِthe authenticالْحَاكِمِAl-Hakim))مِنْfromحَدِيثِthe narrationأَنَسٍof Anasعَنْaboutالنَّبِيِّthe Prophet(peace be upon him)::«لَا"Do notتُعْجِزُواbe weakفِيinالدُّعَاءِ،the supplication,فَإِنَّهُfor indeed itلَاdoes notيَهْلِكُdestroyمَعَwithالدُّعَاءِthe supplicationأَحَدٍ»anyone."

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever does not ask Allah gets angry upon him. In the authentic narration of Al-Hakim from Anas about the Prophet (peace be upon him), he said: 'Do not be weak in the supplication, for indeed it does not destroy anyone along with the supplication.'"

وَذُكِرَAnd it was mentionedالأَوْزَاعِيُّ،the scholar Al-Awzai,عَنْfromالزُّهْرِيِّ،Al-Zuhri,عَنْfromعُرْوَةَ،Urwah,عَنْaboutعَائِشَةَAishaرَضِيَ اللّهُ عَنْهَاmay Allah be pleased with her.قَالَتْShe said:::قَالَThe Messenger said:رَسُولُMessengerاللَّهِof AllahإِنَّIndeedاللَّهَAllahيُحِبُّlovesالْمُلَحِّينَthose who insistفِيinالدُّعَاءِ.supplication.

And it was mentioned by Al-Awzai from Al-Zuhri from Urwah from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Indeed Allah loves those who insist in supplication.'

وَفِيAnd inكِتَابِthe bookالزُّهْدِof asceticismلِلْإِمَامِby ImamأَحْمَدَAhmad(۳)(3)عَنْfromقَتَادَةَQatadahقَالَhe said:قَالَ"مُرَاقٌ قَالَ: مَاI have foundوَجَدْتُa comparisonلِلْمُؤْمِنِfor the believerمَثَلاًexceptإِلَّاa manرَجُلًاa manفِيinالْبَحْرِthe seaعَلَىonخَشَبَةٍ،a plank,فَهُوَso heيَدْعُو:is calling out: 'O Lord.

And in the book of asceticism by Imam Ahmad (3) from Qatadah who said: 'Muraq said: I have found no comparison for the believer except a man in the sea on a plank, so he is calling out: 'O Lord.'

وَالْعُقَيْلِيُّAnd Al-Aqiliفِيinالضُّعَفَاءِthe weak (narrators)(۱۸۸/۳)(188/3)وَابْنُand IbnعَدِيٌّAdiفِيinالْكَامِلِthe complete narration((۱۳۵)(135)

and Al-Aqili in 'the weak narrators' (188/3) and Ibn Adi in the complete narration (135).

وَغَيْرِهِمْAnd othersمِنْfromطَرِيقِthe pathعُمَرَOmarبِنْbinمُحَمَّدَMuhammadبِنْbinصَهْبَانَSabhanالْأَسْلَمِيِّthe AslamiعَنْfromثَابِتٍThabitعَنْfromأَنَسٍAnasفَذَكَرَهُhe mentioned it.

And others through the path of Omar bin Muhammad bin Sabhan the Aslami from Thabit from Anas, and he mentioned it.

صَحَّحَهُIt was authenticatedالْحَاكِمُby Al-HakimقَالَHe saidالْحَفِيظُthe Hafizفِيinاللِّسَانِthe tongue(١٤١/٦):(141/6):صَحَّحَهُIt was authenticatedالْحَاكِمُby Al-Hakimفَتَسَاهَلَbut he was lenientفِيinذَلِكَ.that.

It was authenticated by Al-Hakim. The Hafiz said in the tongue (141/6): Al-Hakim authenticated it but he was lenient in that.

قُلْتُ:I said:الْحَدِيثُThe narrationتَفَرَّدَwas distinguishedبِهِby itعُمَرُOmarبِنْbinمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadعَنْfromثَابِتٍThabitوَعُمَرُand Omarهَذَاthisقَالَsaidالْبُخَارِيُّ:Al-Bukhari:مُنْكَرٌhe is weakالْحَدِيثُ.in the narration.

I said: The narration was distinguished by Omar bin Muhammad from Thabit. And Omar this said Al-Bukhari: He is weak in the narration.

وَقَالَAnd he saidالنَّسَائِيُّ:Al-Nasa'i:مَتْرُوكٌ.He is abandoned.وَقَالَAnd he saidأَحْمَدُ:Ahmad:لَمْhe was notبِشَيْءٍ.of anything.

And he said Al-Nasa'i: He is abandoned. And Ahmad said: He was not of anything.

وَقَالَAnd he saidالْعُقَيْلِيُّ:Al-Aqili:لَاthere is noيُتَابَعُsupport for him,عَلَيْهِ،nor can he be followed,وَلَاand he is not knownيُعْرَفُexceptإِلَّاby him.بِهِ..}],

And he said Al-Aqili: There is no support for him, nor can he be followed, and he is not known except by him.

وَقَدْAnd it hasوَقَعَoccurredفِيinسِندِthe chainابْنِof IbnحِبَّانَHibbanوَالْحَاكِمِand Al-Hakimوَهُمَا.a mistake.

And it has occurred in the chain of Ibn Hibban and Al-Hakim a mistake.

رَاجِعْReferالسَّلَسِلَةَto the seriesالضَّعِيفَةَof weak narrationsلِلْأَلْبَانِيِّby Al-Albani(٨٤٣)(843)

Refer to the series of weak narrations by Al-Albani (843).

وَالْتَّعْلِيقِAnd the commentعَلَىonابْنِIbnحِبَّانٍ.Hibban.

And the comment on Ibn Hibban.

(٢)(2)أَخْرَجَهُIt was narrated byالْعُقَيْلِيُّAl-Aqiliفِيinالضُّعَفَاءِthe weak(٤٥٢/٤)(452/4)

(2) It was narrated by Al-Aqili in the weak (452/4).

وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّAnd Al-Tabaraniفِيinالدُّعَاءِthe supplication(۲۰)(20)

And Al-Tabarani in the supplication (20).

وَابْنُAnd IbnعَدِيٌّAdiفِيinالْكَامِلِthe complete narration(١٦٤٧ ،(1647,مِنْfromطَرِيقِthe pathبَقِيَّةٍBaqiyahعَنْfromيُوسُفَYusufبِنْbinالسَّفَرِAl-SafriعَنْaboutالْأَوْزَاعِيِّAl-Awza'iبِهِ،with it,فَذَكَرَهُ.he mentioned it.

And Ibn Adi in the complete narration (1647) from the path of Baqiyah from Yusuf bin Al-Safri from Al-Awza'i with it, he mentioned it.

وَيُوسُفُAnd Yusufهَذَاthisمَتْرُوكٌis abandonedقَالَهُsaid it.أَبُوAbuزَرْعَةٍZura'tahوَالنَّسَائِيُّ.and Al-Nasa'i.

And this Yusuf is abandoned, as said by Abu Zura'tah and Al-Nasa'i.

وَقَالَAnd he saidالْبُخَارِيُّ:Al-Bukhari:كَانَhe wasيَكْذِبُ.lying.

And he said Al-Bukhari: He was lying.

وَقَالَAnd he saidابْنُIbnعَدِيٌّ:Adi:وَهَذِهِAnd theseالْأَحَادِيثُahadithالَّتِيthatرَوَاهَاwere narrated byيُوسُفُYusufعَنْaboutالْأَوْزَاعِيِّAl-Awza'iبَوَاطِيلُare all false."

And he said Ibn Adi: And these ahadith that were narrated by Yusuf about Al-Awza'i are all false."

وَالصَّحِيحُAnd the correctفِيinالْمَتْنِthe textأَنَّهُis that heمِنْfromقَوْلِthe sayingالأَوْزَاعِيِّof Al-Awza'iهَكَذَاlike thisرَوَاهُwas narrated byعِيسَىIsaبِنْbinيُونُسَYunusعَنْfromالأَوْزَاعِيِّAl-Awza'iقَالَ:he said:كَانَIt was said:يُقَالُ:It is said:أَفْضَلُThe bestالدُّعَاءِsupplicationالْإِلْحَاحُis being insistentعَلَىuponاللَّهِAllahوَالتَّضَرُّعُand pleadingإِلَيْهِ»to Him."

And the correct in the text is that it is from the saying of Al-Awza'i. Like this it was narrated by Isa bin Yunus from Al-Awza'i, he said: 'It was said: The best supplication is insistently asking Allah and pleading to Him.'"

أَخْرَجَهُIt was narrated byالْعُقَيْلِيُّAl-Aqili(٤٥٢/٤)(452/4)وَقَالَ:and he said:حَدِيثُthe narrationعِيسَىof IsaبِنْbinيُونُسَYunusأَوْلَى.is more appropriate.

It was narrated by Al-Aqili (452/4) and he said: The narration of Isa bin Yunus is more appropriate.

(٣)(3)رَقْمٌNumber(١٧٦٥)(1765),وَرُجَالُهُand its narratorsثِقَاتٌ.are trustworthy.
