حَدِيثٌHadithصَحِيحٌauthentic

An authentic hadith.

وَفِيAnd inصَحِيحِthe authenticالْحَاكِمِof Al-Hakimأَيْضًاalso.

And in the authentic (book) of Al-Hakim as well.

مِنْFromحَدِيثِthe hadithسَعْدٍof Saadعَنْaboutالنَّبِيِّthe Prophet(peace be upon him):

From the hadith of Saad about the Prophet (peace be upon him):

«أَلَا"Should I notأُخْبِرُكُمْinform youبِشَيْءٍ،of something,إِذَاifنَزَلَتit befellبِرَجُلٍa manمِنْكُمْof youكَرْبٍa distressأَوْorبَلَاءٍa calamityمِنْfromبَلَاياthe afflictionsالدُّنْيَاof this world]فَدَعَاand he callsبِهِupon itيُفَرِّجُfor Allah to relieveاللَّهُAllahعَنْهُ؟from him?"

"Should I not inform you of something that, if a distress or a calamity from the afflictions of this world befalls a man among you, and he calls upon it, Allah may relieve him?"

دُعَاءُThe supplicationذِيof Dhun-Nun..

The supplication of Dhun-Nun.

وَفِيAnd inصَحِيحِهِhis authenticأَيْضًاalsoعَنْهُfrom himأَنَّهُthat heسَمِعَheardالنَّبِيَّthe Prophet(peace be upon him)يَقُولُsaying

And in his authentic (book) also from him that he heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying.

«هَلْ"DoأَدُلُّكُمْI guide youعَلَيْكُمْto (on) youبِهِwith it?»"

"Do I guide you to it?"

170/1 (1462) and Al-Tabarani in the supplication (124).

ذُكِرَMentionedالتِّرْمِذِيAt-Tirmidhiبَعْضُsomeالْاخْتِلَافِdifferencesفِيinإِسْنَادِهِhis chain of narrators.وَقَالَAnd he saidالْحَاكِمُ:Al-Hakim:هَذَاThisحَدِيثٌhadithصَحِيحٌis authenticالإِسْنَادُthe chain of narratorsوَلَمand he did notيَخْرِجَاهُexclude itوَلَمand did notيَتْعَقَّبْهُrefute itالذَّهَبِيُّ.Al-Dhahabi.

At-Tirmidhi mentioned some differences in his chain of narrators. And Al-Hakim said: "This hadith is authentic, the chain of narrators is authentic and they did not exclude it, nor did Al-Dhahabi refute it."

وَقَالَAnd he saidالْهَيْثَمِيAl-Haythamiفِيinالْمَجْمَعِ»the Majma`٦٨/٧68/7::رَوَاهُNarratedأَحْمَدُby Ahmadوَرِجَالُهُand its narratorsرِجَالٌare the menالصَّحِيحِof the authentic (hadith).

And Al-Haythami said in the Majma` 68/7: "Narrated by Ahmad and its narrators are the men of the authentic (hadith)."

لَمْDid notيَرِدْmentionحُكْمَthe rulingالتِّرْمِذِيِّof Al-Tirmidhiهَذَاthisفِيinنُسَخِthe copiesالْجَامِعِof the Jamiaالْمَطْبُوعَةِpublishedوَلَاand notفِيinنُسْخَةِa copyالْكُرُوخِيِّof Al-Khurakhiوَتُحْفَةِand the Thuhfaالأَشْرَافِ.of the Ashraf.

The ruling of Al-Tirmidhi was not mentioned in the copies of the published Jamia nor in a copy of Al-Khurakhi or the Thuhfa of the Ashraf.

٦٨٥/١685/1(١٨٦٤)،(1864)،وَأَخْرَجَهُand narratedالنَّسَائِيُby Al-Nasa'iفِيinعَمَلِthe workالْيَوْمِof the dayوَاللَّيْلَةِand the night(٦٦٠)(660)

685/1 (1864), and narrated by Al-Nasa'i in the work of the day and night (660).

مِنْFromطَرِيقِthe way ofمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadبِنْbinمُهَاجِرٍMuhajirالْقُرَشِيِّthe QurashiعَنْaboutإِبْرَاهِيمَIbrahimبِنbinمُحَمَّدٍMuhammadبِنbinسَعْدٍSa'adعَنْaboutأَبِيهِhis fatherعَنْaboutجَدِّهِ،his grandfather,فَذَكَرَهُ.he mentioned it.

From the way of Muhammad bin Muhajir al-Qurashi about Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Sa'ad about his father about his grandfather, he mentioned it.

قُلْتُ:I said:حَدِيثٌThis hadithيُونُسَof YunusبِنbinأَبِيAbiإِسْحَاقَIshaqعَنْaboutإِبْرَاهِيمَIbrahimأَصْحُّis more authenticمِنْthanحَدِيثِthe hadithمُحَمَّدٍof MuhammadبِنbinمُهَاجِرٍMuhajirعَنْaboutإِبْرَاهِيمَIbrahimلَأَنَّbecauseمُحَمَّدًاMuhammadبِنbinمُهَاجِرٍMuhajirقَالَsaidفِيهin itابْنُIbnعَدِيٍّAdiyyوَالذَّهَبِيُّ:and Al-Dhahabi: لَيْسَnotبِمَعْرُوفٍ.known.

I said: This hadith of Yunus bin Abi Ishaq about Ibrahim is more authentic than the hadith of Muhammad bin Muhajir about Ibrahim, because Muhammad bin Muhajir was said about him by Ibn Adi and Al-Dhahabi: he is not well known.

وَقَالَAnd he saidابْنُIbnحَجَرٍHajr::لَيْنٌ.weak.

And Ibn Hajr said: he is weak.

مَاWhatبَيْنَbetweenالْحَاصِرَتَيْنِthe bracketsزِيَادَةٌis an additionمِنْfromالْمُسْتَدْرَكِthe Mustadrakوَعَمَلِand the workالْيَوْمِof the dayوَاللَّيْلَةِ.and the night.

What is between the brackets is an addition from the Mustadrak and the work of the day and night.

وَفِيAnd inخَبَرِ:the news«أَمْرٌ"an importantمُهِمٌ،matter,"وَكَذَاand alsoفِيinط.

And in the news: "an important matter," and also in T.

٦٨٥/١685/1(١٨٦٥).(1865).قُلْتُ:I said:فِيهِIn itعَمْرٌAmrبِنbinبَكْرٍBakrالسَّكَسَكِي.Al-Saksaki.

685/1 (1865). I said: In it is Amr bin Bakr Al-Saksaki.

قَالَHe saidالذَّهَبِيُّ:Al-Dhahabi: أَحَادِيثُهُHis hadithsشَبِهَتْare partlyمَوْضُوعَةٌ.fabricated.

Al-Dhahabi said: "His hadiths are partly fabricated."

وَقَالَAnd he saidابْنُIbnحَجَرٍHajr::مَتْرُوكٌ.abandoned.

And Ibn Hajr said: "abandoned."
