وَهيَAnd it isأَيٌّthat is to sayأَفْعَالٌthe actionsالْعِبَادِof the servantsمِنْofالإِيمَانِfaithوَالكُفْرِand disbeliefوَالطَّاعَةِand obedienceوَالْمَعْصِيَةِand disobedience(كُلُّهَا(All of themبِمَشِيئَتِهِby His willأَيٌّthat isبِمَشِيئَةِby the willاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exalted(وَعِلْمِهِ(and His knowledgeوَقَضَائِهِand His decreeوَقَدْرِهِ)and His destiny)قَالَHe saidالنَّبِيُّthe Prophetﷺ(peace be upon him)كُلُّ شَيْءٍEverythingبِقَدْرٍis by measureحَتَّىevenالْعَجْزِthe incapacityوَالْكَيْسِand the clevernessاعْلَمْKnowأَنَّthatمَذْهَبَthe doctrineالْمُعْتَزِلَةِof the Mu'tazilitesأَنْthatاللَّهَAllahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedيُرِيدُwantsالإِيمَانَfaithوَالطَّاعَةَand obedienceمِنَfromالْعَبْدِthe servantوَالْعَبْدُand the servantيُرِيدُwantsالكُفْرَdisbeliefوَالْمَعْصِيَةَand disobedienceلِنَفْسِهِfor himselfفَيَقَعُso it occursمُرَادُthe willالْعَبْدِthe servantوَلَاand notيَقَعُoccursمُرَادُthe willاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe ExaltedفَيَكُونُSo it becomesإِرَادَةُthe willالْعَبْدِof the servantغَالِبَةًdominantإِرَادَةُthe willاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe ExaltedمَغْلُوبَةًovercomeوَأَمَّاAnd as forعِندَنَاwith usفَكُلُّeverythingمَاthatأَرَادَHe willedاللَّهُAllahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedفَهُوَis.وَاقِعٌIt happensفَهُوَSo Heتَعَالَىthe Exaltedيُرِيدُwantsالكُفْرَdisbeliefمِنَfromالكَافِرِthe disbelieverوَيُرِيدُand wantsالإِيمَانَfaithمِنَfromالْمُؤْمِنِthe believerوَعَلَىAnd thusهَذَاthisتَكُونُisإِرَادَةُthe willاللَّهِof Allahغَالِبَةًdominantوَإِرَادَةُand the willالْعَبْدِof the servantمَغْلُوبَةًovercomeوَالطَّاعَاتُAnd the obligatory actsكُلُّهَاall of themكَانَتْwereوَاجِبَةًobligatoryبِأَمْرِby the commandاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedأَيٌّthat isالْعِبَادَاتِthe worshipsالَّتِيthatكَانَتْwereوَاجِبَةًobligatoryعَلَىuponالْعِبَادِthe servantsوَهِيَand they areكُلُّهَاall of themبِأَمْرِby the commandاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedوَبِمَحَبَّتِهِand with His loveوَبِرِضَاهِand with His pleasureوَعِلْمِهِand His knowledgeوَمَشِيئَتِهِand His willوَقَضَائِهِand His decreeوَتَقْدِيرِهِand His destinyوَالْمَعَاصِيAnd the sinsكُلُّهَاall of themبِعِلْمِهِby His knowledgeوَقَضَائِهِand His decreeوَتَقْدِيرِهِand His destinyوَمَشِيئَتِهِand His willلَاnotبِمَحَبَّتِهِby His loveوَلَاnorبِرِضَاهِby His pleasureوَلَاnorبِأَمْرِهِby His commandقَالَHe saidاللَّهُAllahتَعَالَىthe ExaltedوَاللَّهُAnd Allahلَاdoes notيُحِبُّloveبِرٍthe righteousوَفَاجِرٍand the sinnerمِنَfromالْمُؤْمِنِينَthe believersجَائِزَةٌacceptableوَلَاAnd do notنَقُولُwe sayأَنَّthatالْمُؤْمِنَthe believerلَاdoes notتَضُرَّهُharm himالذُّنُوبُthe sinsوَلَاnorنَقُولُwe sayأَنَّهُthat heلَاdoes notيَدْخُلُenterالنَّارَthe FireوَلَاAnd do notنَقُولُwe sayإِنَّهُthat heيُخَلَّدُwill remainفِيهَاin itوَإِنْAnd ifكَانَhe wasفَاسِقًاa sinnerبَعْدَafterأَنْthatيَخْرُجَhe exitsمِنَfromالدُّنْيَاthe worldمُؤْمِنًاas a believerوَلَاAnd do notنَقُولُwe say
It is the actions of servants from faith, disbelief, obedience, and disobedience; all are by His will, that is, by the will of Allah the Exalted.
وَهيَAnd it isأَيٌّthat is to sayأَفْعَالٌthe actionsالْعِبَادِof the servantsمِنْofالإِيمَانِfaithوَالكُفْرِand disbeliefوَالطَّاعَةِand obedienceوَالْمَعْصِيَةِand disobedience(كُلُّهَا(All of themبِمَشِيئَتِهِby His willأَيٌّthat isبِمَشِيئَةِby the willاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exalted(وَعِلْمِهِ(and His knowledgeوَقَضَائِهِand His decreeوَقَدْرِهِ)and His destiny)قَالَHe saidالنَّبِيُّthe Prophetﷺ(peace be upon him)كُلُّ شَيْءٍEverythingبِقَدْرٍis by measureحَتَّىevenالْعَجْزِthe incapacityوَالْكَيْسِand the clevernessاعْلَمْKnowأَنَّthatمَذْهَبَthe doctrineالْمُعْتَزِلَةِof the Mu'tazilitesأَنْthatاللَّهَAllahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedيُرِيدُwantsالإِيمَانَfaithوَالطَّاعَةَand obedienceمِنَfromالْعَبْدِthe servantوَالْعَبْدُand the servantيُرِيدُwantsالكُفْرَdisbeliefوَالْمَعْصِيَةَand disobedienceلِنَفْسِهِfor himselfفَيَقَعُso it occursمُرَادُthe willالْعَبْدِthe servantوَلَاand notيَقَعُoccursمُرَادُthe willاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe ExaltedفَيَكُونُSo it becomesإِرَادَةُthe willالْعَبْدِof the servantغَالِبَةًdominantإِرَادَةُthe willاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe ExaltedمَغْلُوبَةًovercomeوَأَمَّاAnd as forعِندَنَاwith usفَكُلُّeverythingمَاthatأَرَادَHe willedاللَّهُAllahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedفَهُوَis.وَاقِعٌIt happensفَهُوَSo Heتَعَالَىthe Exaltedيُرِيدُwantsالكُفْرَdisbeliefمِنَfromالكَافِرِthe disbelieverوَيُرِيدُand wantsالإِيمَانَfaithمِنَfromالْمُؤْمِنِthe believerوَعَلَىAnd thusهَذَاthisتَكُونُisإِرَادَةُthe willاللَّهِof Allahغَالِبَةًdominantوَإِرَادَةُand the willالْعَبْدِof the servantمَغْلُوبَةًovercomeوَالطَّاعَاتُAnd the obligatory actsكُلُّهَاall of themكَانَتْwereوَاجِبَةًobligatoryبِأَمْرِby the commandاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedأَيٌّthat isالْعِبَادَاتِthe worshipsالَّتِيthatكَانَتْwereوَاجِبَةًobligatoryعَلَىuponالْعِبَادِthe servantsوَهِيَand they areكُلُّهَاall of themبِأَمْرِby the commandاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedوَبِمَحَبَّتِهِand with His loveوَبِرِضَاهِand with His pleasureوَعِلْمِهِand His knowledgeوَمَشِيئَتِهِand His willوَقَضَائِهِand His decreeوَتَقْدِيرِهِand His destinyوَالْمَعَاصِيAnd the sinsكُلُّهَاall of themبِعِلْمِهِby His knowledgeوَقَضَائِهِand His decreeوَتَقْدِيرِهِand His destinyوَمَشِيئَتِهِand His willلَاnotبِمَحَبَّتِهِby His loveوَلَاnorبِرِضَاهِby His pleasureوَلَاnorبِأَمْرِهِby His commandقَالَHe saidاللَّهُAllahتَعَالَىthe ExaltedوَاللَّهُAnd Allahلَاdoes notيُحِبُّloveبِرٍthe righteousوَفَاجِرٍand the sinnerمِنَfromالْمُؤْمِنِينَthe believersجَائِزَةٌacceptableوَلَاAnd do notنَقُولُwe sayأَنَّthatالْمُؤْمِنَthe believerلَاdoes notتَضُرَّهُharm himالذُّنُوبُthe sinsوَلَاnorنَقُولُwe sayأَنَّهُthat heلَاdoes notيَدْخُلُenterالنَّارَthe FireوَلَاAnd do notنَقُولُwe sayإِنَّهُthat heيُخَلَّدُwill remainفِيهَاin itوَإِنْAnd ifكَانَhe wasفَاسِقًاa sinnerبَعْدَafterأَنْthatيَخْرُجَhe exitsمِنَfromالدُّنْيَاthe worldمُؤْمِنًاas a believerوَلَاAnd do notنَقُولُwe say
And do not say that the believer is harmed by sins and do not say that he does not enter the Fire, nor say that he remains in it when he is a sinful person after exiting this world as a believer, and do not say that.
