وَالْعِصْيَانُand disobedienceمِنْis ofأَفْعَالِthe actsالْعِبَادِof the servants(وَيَعْلَمُ(and He knowsاللَّهُGodتَعَالَىthe Exaltedمَنْwhoيَكْفُرُdisbelievesفِيinحَالِهِthe stateكُفْرِهِof his disbeliefكَافِرٌa disbelieverفَإِذَاThen ifآمَنَhe believesبَعْدَafterذَٰلِكَthatعَلِمَهُHe knows himمُؤْمِنًاa believerفِيinحَالِ إِيمَانِهِthe state of his beliefوَأَحَبَّهُand loves himمِنْwithoutغَيْرِother thanأَنْthatيَتَغَيَّرَchangesعِلْمُهُHis knowledgeوَصْفَاتُهُand His attributesلِأَنَّbecauseكُلَّeveryمُتَغَيِّرٍchangeableحَادِثٍeventوَكُلَّand everyحَادِثٍeventمُحْتَاجٍneedingإِلَىtoمُحْدِثٍa creatorعَالِمٍknowledgeableقَادِرٍpowerfulفَلَوْIf thenكَانَit wasعِلْمُهُHis knowledgeتَعَالَىthe Exaltedمُتَغَيِّرًاchangingلَكَانَit would beحَادِثًاan eventوَلَزِمَهُand it would necessitateأَنْthatيَكُونَit isحَيًّاaliveمُخْتَارًاfree-willedاللَّهُGodتَعَالَىthe Exaltedمَحَلًّاa placeلِلْحَادِثَاتِfor events،,تَعَالَىHe is exaltedاللَّهُGodعَنْaboveذَٰلِكَthatعُلُوًّاhighnessكَبِيرًاgreat(وَجَمِيعَ(And allأَفْعَالِthe actsالْعِبَادِof the servantsمِنَfromالْحَرَكَةِmovementوَالسُّكُونِand stillnessكَسْبَهُمْtheir earningsعَلَىinالْحَقِيقَةِtruthوَاللَّهُand Godتَعَالَىthe Exalted(خَالِقَهَا(the Creator of themالْكَسْبُEarningفِيinالْلُّغَةِlanguageطَلَبُrequestالرِّزْقِprovisionوَأَصْلُهُand its rootالْجَمْعِcollectionوَفِيand inالْإِصْطِلَاحِterminologyتَعَلُّقِthe connectionإِرَادَةِwillالْعَبْدِthe servantوَقُدْرَتِهِand abilityبِفِعْلِهِto its action، , فَحَرَكَتُهُhis movementبِاعْتِبَارِconsideringنَسَبَتِهَاits relationإِلَىtoقُدْرَتِهِhis abilityوَإِرَادَتِهِand willتُسَمَّىis calledمَكْسُوبًاearnedوَبِاعْتِبَارِAnd consideringنَسَبَتِهَاits relationإِلَىtoقُدْرَةِpowerاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedوَإِرَادَتِهِand willتُسَمَّىis calledمَخْلُوقًاcreated،,وَكَذَاand likewiseسُكُونُهُhis stillnessفَحَرَكَتُهُhis movementوَسُكُونُهُand his stillnessخَلْقٌis creationلِلرَّبِّfor the Lordوَوَصْفٌand descriptionلِلْعَبْدِof the servantوَكَسْبٌand earningلَهُfor himوَقُدْرَةٌand abilityالْعَبْدُthe servantوَإِرَادَتُهُand willخَلْقٌis creationلِلرَّبِّfor the Lordوَوَصْفٌand descriptionلِلْعَبْدِof the servantوَلَيْسَand is notبِكَسْبٍan earningلَهُfor himوَإِلَىand toهَذَاthisأُشِيرُI referفِيinشَرْحِthe explanationالْمَقَاصِدِof the purposesوandنُسَمِّيهِwe call himمُؤْمِنًاa believerحَقيقَةًin truthوَيَجُوزُAnd it is permissibleأَنْthatيَكُونَhe isمُؤْمِنًاa believerفَاسِقًاa sinnerغَيْرَnotكَافِرٍa disbelieverوَالْمَسْحُAnd wipingعَلَىonالْخُفَّيْنِthe socksسُنَّةٌis a SunnahوَالتَّرَاوِيحُAnd the night prayersفِيinلَيَالِيthe nightsشَهْرِof the monthرَمَضَانَof Ramadanسُنَّةٌis a SunnahوَالصَّلَاةُAnd the prayerخَلْفَbehindكُلِّevery
And disobedience is one of the acts of the servants. And God knows who disbelieves. In the state of his disbelief, he is a disbeliever, and when he believes after that, He knows him as a believer in the state of his belief and loves him without His knowledge and attributes being changed, because everything that changes is an event, and every event needs a creator who is knowledgeable and powerful. If His knowledge were changeable, it would be an event, and it would lead to His being alive and free-willed. God is the place of events, the Exalted is above that. And all the acts of the servants from movement and stillness are, in truth, their earning, and God is the Creator of them. Earning in language means requesting provision, and its root is collecting. In terminology, it means the willingness and ability of the servant related to his action. His movement is considered with respect to his ability and will; it is called as an earned action. And with respect to God's ability and will, it is called a creation, and likewise, his stillness. His movement and stillness are creation for the Lord and description for the servant, and the earning of the servant and his ability and will are creation for the Lord and description for the servant, and not an earning for the servant. This is hinted at in the explanation of the purposes, and we call him a believer in reality. And it is permissible that he is a believer who is sinful but not a disbeliever. Wiping on the socks is a Sunnah, and the night prayers in the nights of the month of Ramadan are a Sunnah, and the prayer behind every.
