فَائِدَةٌbenefitمِنْof

The benefit of

مَنْwhoعَلَيْهِis on himدُيُونٌdebtsوَمَظَالِمَand injustices،,جَهْلٌignorantأَرْبَابِهَاits ownersوَيَئِسَand despairedمِنْfromمَعْرِفَتِهِمtheir knowledgeفَعَلَيْهِthen upon himالتَّصَدُّقَto give charityبِقَدْرِهَاequivalent to itمِنْfromمَالِهِhis moneyوَإِنْand ifاسْتَغْرَقَexhaustsجَمِيعَهُall of itوَتَسْقُطُand it fallsعِندَuponالْمَطَالَبَةِthe demandفِيinالْآخِرَةِthe Hereafter،,كَمَاasفِيinالتَّنْوِيرِthe Enlightenmentوَعَزَاهُand attributed itشَارِحُهُits commentatorإِلَىtoالْمُجْتَبَىthe Chosen One

Whoever has debts and injustices, and is ignorant of their owners and despaired of knowing them, must give charity equivalent to those debts from his money, even if it exhausts all of it, and it will drop upon demand in the Hereafter, as stated in the Enlightenment, and the commentator attributed it to the Chosen One.

هُنَاكَthere is,فَصْلٌsection

There is a section

قَالَsaidالْمُصَنِّفُthe authorأَبُوAbuحَنِيفَةَHanifaرَضِيَmay.اللَّهُGodعَنْهُbe pleased with him(ثُمَّ(thenالنَّاسُthe peopleعَلَىare onثَلاثَةٍthreeأَصْنَافٍtypesالْمُؤْمِنُthe believerالْمُخْلِصُthe sincereفِيinإِيمَانِهِhis faith

The author Abu Hanifa, may God be pleased with him, said: "Then the people are of three types: the sincere believer in his faith."

أَقُولُI sayقَالَsaidفِيinالْقَامُوسِthe dictionary::أَخْلَصَsincerityلِلَّهِto Godأَيthat isتَرَكَto leaveالرِّيَاءِshowing off،,وَقَالَand saidالْعَلَّامَةُthe scholarالْشَّارِحُthe commentator33الْمُؤْمِنُthe believerالْمُخْلِصُthe sincereأَيwhichالْمُصَدِّقُthe one who believesالْمُقَرُّacknowledgedمِنْfromصَمِيمِthe coreقَلْبِهِof his heart

I say: The dictionary stated, 'He was sincere to God', which means he left showing off. And the scholar, the commentator, said: 'The sincere believer is the one who believes and acknowledges from the core of his heart.'

قَالَsaid(وَالْكَافِرُ(and the disbelieverالْجَاحِدُthe denierفِيinكُفْرِهِhis disbelief)أَي)that isالْمُصَرُّthe one who is adamantوَفِيand inالْقَامُوسِthe dictionaryالْجَحُودِdenialالـtheمَعَwithالْعِلْمِknowledgeقَالَit said::وَالْمُنَافِقُand the hypocriteالْمُدَاهِنُthe accommodatingفِيinنِفَاقِهِhis hypocrisyأَقُولُI sayقَالَsaidفِيinالْقَامُوسِthe dictionary::نَافَقَتْHe was hypocriticalفِيinالدِّينِthe religionأَيthat isسَتَرَconcealكُفْرَهُhis disbeliefوَأَظْهَرَand showإِيمَانَهُhis faith

He said: "And the disbeliever is the one who is adamant in his disbelief" which means adamant denial with knowledge. He also said: "And the hypocrite is the one who accommodates in his hypocrisy." I say: The dictionary stated: "He was hypocritical in the religion, meaning he concealed his disbelief and showed his faith."

وَقَالَAnd saidالشَّارِحُthe commentatorالْمُنَافِقُthe hypocriteالْمُدَاهِنُthe accommodatingأَيwhich meansالَّذِيthe one whoأَقَرَّacknowledgedبِلِسَانِهِwith his tongueوَلَمْand notيُؤْمِنbelieveبِقَلْبِهِin his heartوَدَاهَنَand accommodatedمَعَwithالْمُؤْمِنِينَthe believersفِيinنِفَاقِهِhis hypocrisy

The commentator said: 'The hypocrite is the one who acknowledges with his tongue and does not believe in his heart, and accommodates with the believers in his hypocrisy.'

قَالَsaid(وَاللَّه(and Godتَعَالَىthe Exaltedعَرَضَofferedعَلَىtoالْمُؤْمِنِthe believerالْعَمَلَthe workوَعَلَىand toالْكَافِرِthe disbelieverالإِيمَانَthe faithوَعَلَىand toالْمُنَافِقِthe hypocriteالإِخْلاَصَthe sincerityبِقَوْلِهِby His sayingتَعَالَىthe Exalted::«يَاOأَيُّهَاOالنَّاسُpeopleاتَّقُواfearرَبَّكُمْyour Lord»

God, the Exalted, offered the believer work, the disbeliever faith, and the hypocrite sincerity by His saying: 'O people, fear your Lord.'
