If he found something, it is upon him to give charity equal to it from his money, even if it exhausts all of it, and the demand for it is dropped from him in the hereafter, as stated in the illumination and its commentator attributed it to the chosen. In the primary fatwas, if he found an item and recognized it and did not find its owner, and he is in need, then he sold it and spent its price on himself, then he must give charity equal to what he spent. Then, sins are of various types, among which are those that are between him and his Lord, like adultery, drinking alcohol, backbiting, and slander; if the owner did not receive the news, they are lifted by repentance. As for if he informed him of the news, they are not lifted unless he makes it legal. And as for abandoning prayer, almsgiving, and fasting, they are not lifted by repentance except by making up for the missed ones, thus summarized in the sea of speech.

Abu Hanifa, may God be pleased with him, said: "And we affirm that the meeting of God the Most High for the people of paradise is a truth without any manner, likeness, or direction." I say: The meeting of God the Most High for the people of paradise is true, which means that the vision of the Creator the Mighty and Majestic in the Hereafter for the people of paradise is a truth, and there will not be any distance between Him and His creation, because God the Most High is existent, and the narration of the existent is not impossible. This indicates that the meeting of God for the people of paradise is true.
