يُعْلِمُinformsقَاتِلَهُhis killer
Informs his killer.
وَغَضِبَAnd got angryفِرْعَوْنُPharaohوَقَالَand saidلِلشُّرْطَةِto the police::لَاnotبُدَّnecessaryأَنْthatتُفَتِّشُواyou searchعَنِforالْقَاتِلِthe killer
And Pharaoh got angry and said to the police: You must search for the killer.

وَفِيAnd inالْيَوْمِthe dayالثَّانِيthe secondيَرَىseesمُوسَىMosesذَلِكَthatالْإِسْرَائِيلِيَّIsraeliteفِيinقِتَالٍfightingوَخِصَامٍand disputeمَعَwithقِبْطِيٍّa Coptآخَرَanother..
And on the second day, Moses sees that Israelite in fighting and dispute with another Copt.
وَمَاAnd notاسْتَحْيَىfelt ashamedالْإِسْرَائِيلِيُّthe Israelite،,بَلْbut ratherصَرَخَhe shoutedوَنَادَىand calledمُوسَىMosesلِنُصْرَتِهِfor his help..
And the Israelite did not feel ashamed, but rather he shouted and called Moses for his help.
قَالَSaidمُوسَىMosesإِنَّكَyou areرَجُلٌa manوَقِحٌinsolentأَلَاnotتَزَالُstillفِيinقِتَالٍfightingوَجِدَالٍand arguingمَعَwithالنَّاسِthe people؟?
Moses said: You are an insolent man! Are you still in fighting and arguing with people?
وَلَاAnd notتَزَالُstillتَصْرُخُyou shoutوَتُنَادِينِيand call me??
And you still shout and call me?
أَلَاnotأَزَالُI stillأَنْصُرُكَI help youوَأُسَاعِدُكَand I assist you??﴿(إِنَّكَIndeed youلَغَوِيٌّare indeed astrayمُّبِينٌclear﴾)
Am I still helping you and assisting you? (Indeed you are clearly astray)
وَلَكِنْButأَرَادَwantedمُوسَىMosesأَنْtoيُؤَدِّبَdisciplineالْقِبْطِيَّthe Coptقَلِيلًاa littleوَتَقَدَّمَand he approachedإِلَيْهِhimمَاwhat
But Moses wanted to discipline the Copt a little and he approached him, what.
وَرَأَىAnd sawالْإِسْرَائِيلِيُّthe IsraeliteغَضَبَangerمُوسَىMosesوَسَمِعَand heard..مَلَامَهُhis reprimand،,وَخَافَand fearedأَنْthatيَضْرِبَهُhe would hit himمُوسَىMosesفَتَكُونَand it would beالْقَاضِيَةَthe decisive one،,كَمَاasضَرَبَhe hitالْقِبْطِيَّthe Coptفَكَانَتِand it wasالْقَاضِيَةَthe decisive one..

قَالَSaidيَامُوسَىO Mosesأَتُرِيدُdo you wantأَنْtoتَقْتُلَنِيْkill meكَمَاasقَتَلْتَyou killedنَفْسًاa soulبِالْأَمْسِyesterdayإِنْifتُرِيْدُyou wantإِلَّاbutأَنْtoتَكُوْنَbeجَبَّارًاa tyrantفِيinالْأَرْضِthe earthوَمَاand notتُرِيْدُyou wantأَنْtoتَكُوْنَbeمِنَfromالْمُصْلِحِيْنَthe reformers﴾)
Said: O Moses, do you want to kill me as you killed a soul yesterday? You only want to be a tyrant in the earth, and you do not want to be among the reformers. )
هُنَالِكَThereعَرَفَknewالْقِبْطِيُّthe CoptأَنَّthatمُوسَىMosesهُوَheقَاتِلُthe killerأَمْسِyesterday!!
There the Copt knew that Moses is the killer of yesterday!
وَذَهَبَAnd wentالْقِبْطِيُّthe Coptوَأَخْبَرَand informedالشُّرْطَةَthe policeبِأَنَّthatمُوسَىMosesهُوَheالْقَاتِلُthe killer..
And the Copt went and informed the police that Moses is the killer.
