The sun set, and the noise of insects stopped for a while, and amidst this stillness, suddenly there were many overlapping voices.

Henry stopped and sharpened his hearing.

The sound of shouting came from afar, and Henry heard the roaring sound of gunfire and the launching of cannons.

Henry's mind was scattered in every direction.

He imagined that the two armies were still fighting each other. After sharpening his hearing for a long time, he started running towards the direction of the battlefield.

Henry knew that it was strange to run towards the battle, while he was the one who had made great efforts to stay away from it,

but he told himself that if the earth and the moon were on the verge of collision, then many people would ascend to the roofs of their homes to see the occurrence.

He had the same feeling towards the battle; so he did not wish to miss an event that the people will talk about for years to come.

Henry roamed in his mind while he is running that the battle that he witnessed did not be except warming up.

The matter was almost funny; for he and his companions took the enemy with seriousness, and imagined that they would decide the battle.
