decisive (firm),وَالْأَمْرُ

is for recommendation,وَهَذَا
and thisأَظْهَرُ.
is more apparent.I say: Ibn Abbas - may Allah be pleased with him - said: It is decisive, and the command is for recommendation, and this is more apparent.

10- آيَةُ
- The verseالتَّعْزِيرِ
of disciplinary punishmentلِمُرْتَكِبَاتِ
for female committersالْفَوَاحِشِ:
of immoralities:10 - The verse of disciplinary punishment for female committers of immoralities:
وَقَوْلُهُ
And His statement- تَعَالَى -:
- Exalted is He -:{وَاللَّاتِي
{And those whoيَأْتِينَ
commitالْفَاحِشَةَ
immoralityمِنْ
fromنِسَائِكُمْ}
your women}الْآيَةُ.
the verse.مَنْسُوخَةٌ
It is abrogatedبِآيَةِ
by the verseالنُّورِ.
of An-Nur.And His statement - Exalted is He -: {And those who commit immorality from your women} the verse. It is abrogated by the verse of An-Nur.
قُلْتُ:

is thusوَكَذَا،
and thus,فَلَا
so there is noنَسْخَ.
abrogation.So when the limit came, the Prophet - may Allah bless him and grant him peace - clarified that the promised path is thus and thus, so there is no abrogation.

in sinfulnessHowever, the meaning is: that prohibited fighting in the sacred month is more severe in sinfulness.

like the sanctityيَوْمِكُمْ
of this day of yoursهَذَا

this land of yoursهَذَا".
this".As the Prophet - may Allah bless him and grant him peace - said in the sermon, "Your blood and your wealth are sacred upon you like the sanctity of this day of yours in this month of yours in this land of yours".
