أَنَّهُthat heقَالَsaidمَنwhoقَالَsaidفِيinيَوْمٍthe dayسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِGlory be to Allahوَبِحَمْدِهِand praise Himمِئَةًa hundredمَرَّةًtimesحُطَّتْit is removedعَنْهُfrom himخَطَايَاهُhis sinsوَلَوْeven ifكَانَتْthey wereمِثْلَlikeزُبَدِthe foamالْبَحْرِof the sea
He said: "Whoever says 'Glory be to Allah and praise Him' one hundred times in a day, his sins will be removed from him, even if they were like the foam of the sea."
وَقَالَAnd he saidلِيto meآخَرَanotherمِنofأَهْلِthe people ofمَكَّةَMecca::نَحْنُweأَحَدُنَاone of usإِذَاwhenفَعَلَhe doesمَاwhatفَعَلَhe doesاِغْتَسَلَhe washes (himself)وَطَافَand circumambulatesبِالْبَيْتِthe houseأُسْبُوعًاfor a weekوَقَدْand it hasمُحِيَbeen erasedعَنْهُfrom him..
And another from the people of Mecca said to me: "When one of us does what he does, he washes himself and circumambulates the house for a week, and that is erased from him."
وَقَالَAnd he saidلِيto meآخَرَanother::قَدْit hasصَحَّbeen confirmedعَنْfromالنَّبِيِّthe Prophetﷺ ﷺأَنَّهُthat heقَالَsaid::أَذْنَبَA servant committedعَبْدٌa sin,ذَنبًاa sin,,,فَقَالَand he said::أَيُّOرَبِّيmy Lord,أَصَبْتُI have committedذَنبًاa sin,فَاغْفِرْهُso pardon it for me,لِيto me,.فَغَفَرَSo He pardonedلَهُhim.ثُمَّThenمَكَثَhe remainedمَاas long asشَاءَHe willed,,,ثُمَّthenأَذْنَبَhe committedذَنبًاanother sin,,,فَقَالَand he said::أَيُّOرَبِّيmy Lord,أَصَبْتُI have committedذَنبًاa sin,فَاغْفِرْهُso pardon it for me,لِيto me,.
And another said to me: "It has been confirmed that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'A servant commits a sin, then he says: O my Lord, I have committed a sin, so pardon it for me,' and he pardoned him. Then he remained as long as Allah willed; then he committed another sin, and he said: 'O my Lord, I have committed a sin, so pardon it for me,' and He pardoned him.
ثُمَّThenمَكَثَhe remainedمَاas long asشَاءَHe willed,,,ثُمَّthenأَذْنَبَhe committedذَنبًاanother sin,,,فَقَالَand he said::أَيُّOرَبِّيmy Lord,أَصَبْتُI have committedذَنبًاa sin,فَاغْفِرْهُso pardon itلِيto me.فَقَالَHe saidاللَّهُAllahعَزَّ وَجَلَّthe Exalted and Mighty::عَلِمَMy servant knowsعَبْدِيmy servant thatأَنَّHe hasلَهُa Lordرَبًّاwho forgives sinsيَغْفِرُand takesالذَّنبَthe sin,وَيَأْخُذُand holds him accountable for it.قَدْI haveغَفَرْتُforgivenلِعَبْدِيmy servant. Let him do.فَلْيَصْنَعْwhat he wishes!مَاwhatشَاءَhe wants..
Then he remained as long as Allah willed; then he committed another sin, and he said: 'O my Lord, I have committed a sin, so pardon it for me.' Allah, the Exalted and Mighty, said: 'My servant knows that he has a Lord who forgives the sin and holds him accountable for it. I have forgiven my servant; let him do what he wishes!'
مِنFromحَدِيثِthe Hadithأَبِيof AbuهُرَيْرَةَHurairaرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُmay Allah be pleased with him.أَخْرَجَهُIt was reported byالْبُخَارِيُّAl-Bukhariفِيinالدَّعَوَاتِthe supplications,بَابِthe chapterفَضْلِof virtueالتَّسْبِيحِof glorification
From the Hadith of Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him. It was reported by Al-Bukhari in the supplications, the chapter of the virtue of glorification.
وَمُسْلِمٌand Muslimفِيinالذِّكْرِthe remembranceوَالْدُّعَاءِand the supplication,بَابِthe chapterفَضْلِof virtueالتَّهْلِيلِof the declaration of divine unityوَالتَّسْبِيحِand glorificationوَالْدُّعَاءِand the supplication.(٢٦٩١)(2691).
And Muslim in the remembrance and supplication, the chapter of the virtue of the declaration of divine unity, glorification, and supplication.

يَعْنِيMeaningسَبْعَsevenمَرَّاتٍtimes,أَيْthat is,سَبْعَةًsevenأَشْوَاطٍrounds.النِّهَايَةُThe end (336/2).
Meaning seven times, that is, seven rounds. The end (336/2).

The text 'So he pardoned him' has been established here from L and similar to it in Kha and Khabb. And it has been noted in the footnotes of F. Likewise, this phrase has been narrated in the Hadith three times, and in the narration in Sahih Muslim four times.

From the Hadith of Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him. It was reported by Al-Bukhari in the oneness (of Allah), the chapter 'The statement of Allah, the Exalted: (They desire to change the words of Allah)' (7507).
وَمُسْلِمٌAnd Muslimفِيinالتَّوْبَةِthe repentance,بَابِthe chapterقُبُولِof acceptanceالتَّوْبَةِof repentanceمِنfromالذُّنُوبِthe sinsوَإِنْand even ifتَكَرَّرَتْthey are repeatedالذُّنُوبُthe sinsوَالتَّوْبَةُand repentance(٢٧٥٨)(2758).
And Muslim in the repentance, the chapter of the acceptance of repentance from sins, and even if the sins and repentance are repeated (2758).
