حَرَامٌ،Forbidden,لَمْnotيَقْبَلْacceptاللَّهُAllahلَهُfor himصَلَاةًprayerمَاas long asدَامَhe isعَلَيْهَاon itثُمَّthenأَدْخَلَhe putإصْبَعَيْهِhis two fingersفِيinأُذُنَيْهِ،his ears,ثُمَّthenقَالَhe said::صُمَّتَاBe deafإِنْifلَمْnotأَكُنْI hearسَمِعْتُI heardالنَّبِيَّthe Prophetﷺ(peace be upon him)يَقُولُهُsay it.
Forbidden, Allah does not accept his prayer as long as he is on it. Then he put his two fingers in his ears, then he said: 'Be deaf if I have not heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say it.'
وَفِيهِAnd in it(۱)(1)عَنْfromعَبْدِ اللَّهِAbdullahابْنِson ofعَمْرٍوAmrعَنْaboutالنَّبِيِّthe Prophet(۲)(2)
And in it (1) from Abdullah ibn Amr about the Prophet (2):
«مَنْ'Whoeverتَرَكَleavesالصَّلَاةَthe prayerسَكْرًاwhile drunkمَرَّةًonceوَاحِدَةًoneفَكَأَنَّمَاit's as ifكَانَتْit wereلَهُfor himالدُّنْيَاthe worldوَمَاand whateverعَلَيْهَا،is on it,فَسُلِبَهَا.he was deprived of it.
'Whoever leaves the prayer while drunk once is as if he had the world and what is on it; he will be deprived of it.'
وَمَنْAnd whoeverتَرَكَleavesالصَّلَاةَthe prayerسَكْرًاwhen drunkأَرْبَعَfourمَرَّاتٍtimesكَانَit is rightحَقًّاupon himعَلَىonاللَّهِAllahأَنْtoيَسْقِيَهُgive him to drinkمِنْfromطِينَةِthe clayالْخَبَالِ».of the Foulness.'
And whoever leaves the prayer when drunk four times, it is right upon Allah to give him to drink from the clay of the Foulness.'
قِيلَIt was said:::وَمَاAnd whatطِينَةُis the clayالْخَبَالِof FoulnessيَاOرَسُولَMessengerاللَّهِ؟of Allah?قَالَHe said:::عُصَارَةٌIt is the juiceأَهْلِof the peopleجَهَنَّمَ».of Hell.'
It was said: 'And what is the clay of Foulness, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'It is the juice of the people of Hell.'
وَفِيهِAnd in itأَيْضًاalso(۳)(3)عَنْهُfrom him;مَرْفُوعًاelevated:مَنْWhoeverشَرِبَdrinksالْخَمْرَthe wine(۵)(5)شَرْبَةًa drinkلَمْdoes notيَقْبَلْacceptاللَّهُAllah.
And in it also (3) from him elevated: 'Whoever drinks the wine (5) a drink, Allah does not accept.'
هَاشِمٌHashimعَنْaboutابْنِthe son ofعُمَرَUmarفَذَكَرَهُand mentioned itوَهَاشِمٌand Hashimهَذَاthisهُوَisالأَوْقَصُwaqis -كَمَاasجَاءَit has comeمُصْرَحًاexplicitlyبِهِin itفِيinبَعْضِsomeالطُّرُقِways -ضَعِيفٌvery weak.جِدًّاvery.
Hashim about Ibn Umar and mentioned it, and Hashim this is Waqis - as it has come explicitly in some ways - very weak.
انْظُرْLook::لِسَانُthe tongueالْمِيزَانِof the scale((٣١٥/٨)(315/8)وَقَدْand there hasوَقَعَoccurredفِيinالْحَدِيثِthe hadithاضْطِرَابٌdisturbanceكَثِيرٌmuch.
Look: the tongue of the scale (315/8). And there has occurred much disturbance in the hadith.
قَالَHe said::الْخَلَّالُAl-Khalal:قَالَHe said:أَبُوAbuطَالِبٍTalibسَأَلْتُI askedأَبَاAbuعَبْدِ اللَّهِAbdullah(الإِمَامِ(the Imamأَحْمَدَ)Ahmad)عَنْaboutهَذَاthisالْحَدِيثِ،hadith,فَقَالَ:he said:«لَيْسَ'It's notبِشَيْءٍ،anything,لَيْسَit doesn't haveلَهُfor itإِسْنادٌ»an authority.'
He said: Al-Khalal: Abu Talib said: 'I asked Abu Abdullah (the Imam Ahmad) about this hadith, and he said: 'It's not anything; it does not have an authority.'
وَالْحَدِيثُAnd the hadithضَعَّفَهُwas weakenedابْنُby IbnحِبَّانَHibbanوَالْبَيْهَقِيُّand Al-Bayhaqiوَالذَّهَبِيُّand Al-Dhahabiوَغَيْرُهُمْand others.انْظُرْLook::نَصْبُNassabالرَّايَةِthe Flag(٣٢٥/٢)،(325/2),وَتَحْقِيقُand the verificationالْمُسْنَدِof the Musnad(٢٥/١٠(25/10-٢٦)26)
And the hadith was weakened by Ibn Hibban and Al-Bayhaqi and Al-Dhahabi and others. Look: the Nassab the Flag (325/2), and the verification of the Musnad (25/10-26).

وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّAnd Al-Bayhaqi(۲۸۷/۸)(287/8)مِنْfromطَرِيقِthe wayعَمْرٍوof Amrابْنِthe son ofالْحَارِثِAl-HarithعَنْaboutعَمْرٍوAmrابْنِthe son ofشُعَيْبٍShu'aybعَنْaboutأَبِيهِhis fatherعَنْaboutجَدِّهِhis grandfatherفَذَكَرَهُ.then he mentioned it.
And Al-Bayhaqi (287/8) from the way of Amr bin Al-Harith about Amr bin Shu'ayb about his father about his grandfather, then he mentioned it.
قَالَHe said:::الْحَاكِمُAl-Hakim:هَذَاThisحَدِيثٌhadithصَحِيحٌis authenticالإِسْنَادِnarrationوَلَمْand did notيُخْرِجَاهhe mention it.
Al-Hakim said: 'This hadith is authentic in narration, and they did not mention it.'
قَالَHe said::الذَّهَبِيُّAl-Dhahabiمُعَقِّبًاcommentingعَلَيْهِ:on it:«سَمِعَهُ'He heard itابْنُby IbnوَهْبٍWahbعَنْهُ،from him,وَهُوَand he isغَرِيبٌstrange.جِدًّاvery.
Al-Dhahabi, commenting on it, said: 'He heard it from Ibn Wahb, and he is very strange.'
