يَخْرُجُواthey go outكَهَذَاsuchفِيinيَوْمٍdayأَتَىa، وَكَذَا, and suchفِيinشَهْرٍmonthكَذَاsuchوَكَذَاand such، فَمَن, so whoeverكَانَwasعِندَهُwith himشَيْءٌsomethingفَلْيَتَصَدَّقْlet him give charityبِهِwith it، فَإِنَّ, forاللَّهَAllahعَزَّthe Mightyوَجَلَّand Majesticيَقُولُsaysقَدْindeedأَفْلَحَhas succeededمَنwhoتَزَكَّىgives charityوَذَكَرَand remembersاسْمَthe nameرَبِّهِof his Lordفَصَلَّىand prays
They should go out, such as on a day, and such as in a month, so whoever has something with him, let him give charity with it, for Allah the Mighty and Majestic says: "Indeed, he who purifies himself will succeed and remembers the name of his Lord and prays."
[الأَعْلَى(Al-A'la ///١٤14--١٥15] وَقُولُوا] And sayكَمَاasقَالَsaidآدَمُ:Adam:﴿﴿رَبَّنَاOur Lordظَلَمْنَاwe have wrongedأَنفُسَنَاourselvesوَإِنْand ifلَمْYou do notتَغْفِرْforgiveلَنَاfor usوَتَرْحَمْنَاand have mercy on usلَنَكُونَنَّwe will certainly beمِنَamongالْخَاسِرِينَthe losers﴾﴾[الأَعْرَافِ/(Al-A'raf /٢٣23] وَقُولُواAnd sayكَمَاasقَالَsaidنُوحٌ:Noah:﴿﴿وَإِلَّاAnd unlessتَغْفِرْyou forgiveلِيmeوَتَرْحَمْنِيand have mercy on meأَكُنْI will beمِّنَamongالْخَاسِرِينَthe losers﴾﴾[هُودٍ/(Hud /٤٧47] وَقُولُواAnd sayكَمَاasقَالَsaidيُونُسُYunus:ــلَاThere is noإِلَهَgodإِلَّاbutأَنتَYouسُبْحَانَكَGlory be to YouإِنِّيIndeed, Iكُنتُwasمِنَamongالظَّالِمِينَthe wrongdoers))[الْأَنْبِيَاءِ/(Al-Anbiya /٨٧87]]
And say as Adam said: "Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will certainly be among the losers." (Al-A'raf / 23) And say as Noah said: "And unless You forgive me and have mercy on me, I will be among the losers." (Hud / 47) And say as Yunus said: "There is no god but You; Glory be to You; indeed, I was among the wrongdoers." (Al-Anbiya / 87)
وَقَالَAnd saidالإِمَامُthe ImamأَحْمَدُAhmad(٣)(3):حَدَّثَنَاNarrated to usأَسْوَدُAswadبْنٌthe son ofعَامِرٍ،Amir,ثَنَاtold usأَبُوAbuبَكْرٍ،Bakr,عَنْfrom(١)(1)
And Ahmad said: "Narrated to us Aswad bin Amir, who told us Abu Bakr from (1)"
كَذَاsuchبَالِيَةٍwith the ya letter in،فَـ, F,سَS,لَ .L.وَلَمْand notيُنَقَّطْpunctuated inزَ،Z,فَيَجُوزُso it is permissibleأَنْtoتُقْرَأَ:read: «أَنْ"thatتَخْرُجُواyou go out.
Such as with the letter ya in F, S, L. And it was not punctuated in Z, so it is permissible to read: "that you go out."
(٢)(2):أَخْرَجَهُIt was narrated byابْنُIbnأَبِيAbuالدُّنْيَاAl-Dunyaفِيinالْعُقُوبَاتِthe punishments(٢٣)(23)وَسَنَدُهُand its chainصَحِيحٌis authentic.
(2): It was narrated by Ibn Abu Al-Dunya in the punishments (23), and its chain is authentic.
(٣)(3):فِيInالْمُسْنَدِthe Musnad(٢٨/٢(28/2(٤٨٢٥)(4825).وَأَخْرَجَهُAnd narrated byالطَّبَرَانِيُّAl-Tabaraniفِيinالْكَبِيرِthe large٤٣٢/١٣432/13(١٣٥٨٣).(13583).
(3): In the Musnad (28/2 (4825). And narrated by Al-Tabarani in the large (432/13 (13583).
قُلْتُI said:: عَطَاءٌAtaلَمْdid notيَسْمَعْhearمِنْfromابْنِIbnعُمَرَUmarقَالَsaidابْنُthe son ofالْمَدِينِي:Al-Madini:«رَأَى"He sawأَبَاAbuسَعِيدٍSaidالْخُدْرِيَّAl-Khudriيَطُوفُperforming Tawafبِالْبَيْتِ،around the house,وَرَأَىand sawعَبْدَAbdullahبْنِthe son ofعُمَرَUmarوَلَمْand did notيَسْمَعْhearمِنْهُمَاfrom both of them.......
I said: Ata did not hear from Ibn Umar. Al-Madini said: "He saw Abu Said Al-Khudri performing Tawaf around the house, and he saw Abdullah bin Umar, and he did not hear from both of them..."
جَامِعٌThe comprehensiveالتحصيلِcollection(٥٢٠).(520).وَأَيْضًاAnd alsoيُخْشَىis fearedمِنْfromتَفَرُّدِthe uniquenessأَبِيof AbuبَكْرٍBakrبْنِthe son ofعَيَّاشٍAyyashعَنْfromالْأَعْمَشِ،Al-Amash,فَإِنَّfor indeedلَهُhe hasغَرَائِبَodditiesعَنْهُfrom him.
The comprehensive collection (520). And also, he is feared from the uniqueness of Abu Bakr bin Ayyash from Al-Amash, for indeed he has oddities from him.
وَرَوَاهُAnd narratedغَيْرُotherوَاحِدٌoneعَنْfromإِسْحَاقَIshaqأَبِيAbuعَبْدِالرَّحْمَـنِAbdul-RahmanعَنْfromعَطَاءٍAtaالْخُرَاسَـانِيِّAl-KhorasaniعَنْfromنَافِعٍNafiعَنْfromابْنِIbnعُمَرَUmarفَذَكَرَهُso he mentioned it.وَفِيهِAnd in itزِيَادَةٌan additionأَخْرَجَهُit was narrated byأَبُوAbuدَاوُدَDawood(٣٤٦٢)(3462)
And narrated by others from Ishaq Abu Abdul-Rahman from Ata Al-Khorasani from Nafi from Ibn Umar, so he mentioned it. And in it, there is an addition narrated by Abu Dawood (3462).
وَالْدُّولَابِيُّAnd Al-Dolabiفِيinالْكُنَىthe Kunya(٦٥/٢)(65/2)وَالطَّبَرِيُّand Al-Tabariفِيinالتَّهْذِيبِthe Tahdheeb(مُسْنَدِ(MusnadعُمَرَUmar -(۱۸١)(181)وَأَبُوand AbuنَعِيمٍNaeemفِيinالْحِلْيَةِAl-Hilyah(٢٠٨/٥(208/5- ٢٠٩)- 209)
And Al-Dolabi in the Kunya (65/2) and Al-Tabari in the Tahdheeb (Musnad Umar - (181) and Abu Naeem in Al-Hilyah (208/5 - 209).
وَقَالَAnd saidغَرِيبٌStrangeمِنْfromحَدِيثِthe hadithعَطَاءٍof Ataعَنْfromنَافِعٍ،Nafi,تَفَرَّدَuniqueبِهِwith itحَيَوَةُHaywahعَنْfromإِسْحَاقٍ»Ishaq."
And said: "Strange from the hadith of Ata from Nafi, unique with it Haywah from Ishaq."
قُلْتُI said:: تَابَعَhe followedحَيَوَةَHaywahيَحْيَىYahyaبْنِthe son ofأَيُّوبَAyyubعِندَatالطَّبَرِيِّAl-Tabari.
I said: Haywah was followed by Yahya bin Ayyub at Al-Tabari.
قَالَHe saidالمُؤَلِّفُthe authorفِيinحَاشِيَةِthe marginتَهْذِيبِof Tahdheebالسُّنَنِ:the Sunnah: وَهَذَانِAnd these twoإِسْنَادَانِchainsحَسَنانِ،are good,يُشَدُّand strengthenأَحَدُهُمَاone of themالْآخَرَ.the other.
He said: The author in the margin of the Tahdheeb of the Sunnah: And these two chains are good, and strengthen one of them the other.
فَأَمَّاAs forرِجَالِthe menالإِسْنَادِof the chainالأَوَّلِthe firstفَأَئِمَّةٌthey are Imamsمَشَاهِيرُ،famous,وَإِنَّمَاand onlyيُخْشَىis fearedأَنْthatلَاnotيَكُونَbeالأَعْمَشُAl-Amashسَمِعَهُheard itمِنْfromعَطَاءٍ،Ata,أَوْorأَنْthatعَطَاءًAtaلَمْnotيَسْمَعْهُhear itمِنْfromابْنِIbnعُمَرَUmarوَالْإِسْنَادُAnd the chainالثَّانِيthe secondيُبَيِّنُclarifiesأَنَّthatلِلْحَدِيثِfor the hadithأَصْلًاthere is an originalمَحْفُوظًاpreservedعَنْfromابْنِIbnعُمَرَUmarفَإِنَّforعَطَاءًAtaالْخُرَاسَانِيَّAl-Khorasaniثِقَةٌtrustworthyمَشْهُورٌ،famous,وَحَيَوَةٌand Haywahكَمَانِ.as well.
As for the men of the first chain, they are famous Imams, and it is feared that Al-Amash did not hear it from Ata, or that Ata did not hear it from Ibn Umar; and the second chain clarifies that there is an original preserved for the hadith from Ibn Umar, for Ata Al-Khorasani is trustworthy and famous, and so is Haywah.
وَأَمَّاAnd as forإِسْحَاقَIshaqأَبُوAbuعَبْدِالرَّحْمَنِAbdul-Rahmanفَشَيْخٌhe is a shaykhرَوَىwho narratedعَنْهُfrom himأَئِمَّةُthe Imamsالْمِصْرِيِّينَof the EgyptiansمِثْلَlikeحَيَوَةَHaywah- ۱۱۳- 113
And as for Ishaq Abu Abdul-Rahman, he is a shaykh who narrated from him the Imams of the Egyptians like Haywah - 113.
