وَلَعَنَAnd cursedرَسُولَthe Messengerاللَّهِof Allahالرَّجُلَthe manيَلْبَسُwho wearsلَبْسَةَthe attireالْمَرْأَةِof a womanوَالْمَرْأَةُAnd the womanتَلْبَسُwearsلَبْسَةَthe attireالرَّجُلِof a man
And the Messenger of Allah cursed the man who wears the attire of a woman, and the woman who wears the attire of a man.
وَلَعَنَAnd cursedالرَّاشِيَthe briberوَالْمُرْتَشِيَand the one being bribedوَالرَّائِشَand the intermediary in the bribeوَهُوَand he isالْوَاسِطَةَthe intermediaryفِيinالرَّشْوَةِthe bribe
And cursed the briber, the one being bribed, and the intermediary in the bribe.
وَلَعَنَAnd cursedعَلَىaboutأَشْيَاءَthingsأُخَرَotherغَيْرَother thanهَذِهِthese
And cursed about other things other than these.
فَلَوْSo ifلَمْthere was notيَكُنْbeفِيinفِعْلٍdoingذَلِكَthatإِلَّاexceptرِضَاthe pleasureفَاعِلِهِof its doerبِأَنَّthat he isيَكُونَone ofمِمَّنْthose whomيَلْعَنُهُAllah curses himاللَّهُAllahوَرَسُولُهُand His Messengerوَمَلَائِكَتَهُand His angelsلَكَانَit would beفِيinذَلِكَthatمَاwhatيَدْعُوcallsإِلَىtoتَرْكِهِleave it
So if there were nothing in doing that except the pleasure of its doer, that he be among those whom Allah curses, His Messenger, and His angels, it would be what calls to abandon it.
فَصْلٌSectionوَمِنْهَاAnd among themحِرْمَانٌthe deprivationدَعْوَةِof the supplicationرَسُولِof the Messengerاللَّهِof Allahوَدَعْوَةِand the supplicationالْمَلَائِكَةِof the angels
Section: And among them is the deprivation of the supplication of the Messenger of Allah and the supplication of the angels.
فَإِنَّIndeed,اللَّهَAllahسُبْحَانَهُthe ExaltedأَمَرَcommandedنَبِيَّهُHis Prophetأَنْtoيَسْتَغْفِرَseek forgivenessلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَfor the believersوَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِand the believing womenوَقَالَAnd He saidتَعَالَىthe Most HighٱلَّذِينَThose whoيَحْمِلُونَcarryالْعَرْشَthe Throneوَمَنْand whoeverحَوْلَهُis around itيُسَبِّحُونَglorifyبِحَمْدِهِwith praiseالرَّحْمَٰنِof the Mercifulوَيُؤْمِنُونَand believeبِهِin Himوَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَand seek forgivenessلِلَّذِينَfor those whoءَامَنُواbelievedرَبَّنَاOur Lordوَسِعْتَand You encompassكُلَّallشَيْءٍthingsرَحْمَةًwith mercyوَعِلْمًاand knowledgeفَأَغْفِرْso forgiveلِلَّذِينَfor those whoتَابُواrepentedوَاتَّبَعُواand followedسَبِيلَكَYour pathوَقِهِمand save themعَذَابَthe punishmentالْجَحِيمِof HellfireرَبَّنَاOur Lordوَأَدْخِلْهُمْand admit themجَنَّاتِto the Gardenعَدْنٍof EdenالَّتِيwhichوَعَدْتَهُمْYou promised themوَمَنand whoeverصَلَحَis righteousمِنْofءَابَائِهِمْtheir fathersوَأَزْوَاجِهِمْand their wivesوَذُرِّيَّاتِهِمْand their offspringإِنَّكَIndeed, Youأَنتَareالْعَزِيزُthe Almightyالْحَكِيمُthe Wiseوَقِهِمُand protect themالسَّيِّئَاتِfrom the evils
Indeed, Allah the Exalted commanded His Prophet to seek forgiveness for the believers and the believing women. And He said, "Those who carry the Throne and those who are around it glorify Him with praises of the Merciful and believe in Him and seek forgiveness for those who have believed: 'Our Lord, and You encompass all things with mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your path, and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire. Our Lord, and admit them into the Garden of Eden which You promised them, and whoever is righteous from their fathers, and their wives, and their offspring. Indeed, You are the Almighty, the Wise. And protect them from the evils.'"
يُؤْمِنُونَThey believeبِالْجِبْتِin الجبت (false gods)وَالطَّاغُوتِand the Taghut (tyrants)وَيَقُولُونَand they sayلِلَّذِينَto those whoكَفَرُواhave disbelievedهَؤُلَاءِTheseأَهْدَىare more guidedمِنَthanالَّذِينَthose whoءَامَنُواhave believedسَبِيلًاa pathلَهُمْfor themأَوْorلَيكَthose whomالَّذِينَare those whoلَعَنْهُمُAllah has cursed
They believe in الجبت and Taghut, and they say to those who have disbelieved, 'These are more guided than those who have believed in the path for them. Or those whom Allah has cursed.'
