بِالعُذْرِ،with excuse,فَيَغَارُand he gets jealousفِيinمَحَلِّthe placeالْغَيْرَةِ،of jealousy,وَيُعْذَرُand he is excusedفِيinمَوْضِعِthe locationالْعُذْرِ.of excuse.

With an excuse, he becomes jealous in the place of jealousy, and he is excused in the location of excuse.

وَمَنْAnd whoeverكَانَwasهَكَذَاlike thisفَهُوَhe isالْمَمْدُوحُthe praisedحَقًّا.truly.

And whoever was like this is truly the praised.

وَلَمَّاAnd whenجَمَعَHe gatheredسُبْحَانَهُExalted be Heصِفَاتِattributesالكَمَالِof perfectionكُلَّهَاall,كَانَHe wasأَحَقَّmore deservingبِالْمَدْحِof praiseمِنْthanكُلِّeveryأَحَدٍ،one,وَلَاand notيَبْلُغُdoes one reachأَحَدٌanyoneأَنْthatيُمَدِّحَهُhe should praise Himكَمَاasيَنْبَغِيit ought to be doneلَهُfor HimبَلْbutهُوَHe isكَمَاasمَدَحَHe praisedنَفْسَهُHimselfوَأَثْنَىand extolledعَلَىonنَفْسِهِ.Himself.

And when He, Exalted be He, gathered all the attributes of perfection, He was more deserving of praise than anyone, and no one can reach the point of praising Him as He ought to be praised; rather, He is as He has praised Himself and extolled Himself.

فَالْغَيُورُSo the jealous oneقَدْhasوَافَقَagreedرَبَّهُwith his LordسُبْحَانَهُExalted be Heفِيinصِفَةٍan attributeمِنْofصِفَاتٍ.attributes.

So the jealous one has agreed with his Lord, Exalted be He, in an attribute of attributes.

وَمَنْAnd whoeverوَافَقَagreesاللَّهَwith Allahفِيinصِفَةٍan attributeمِنْofصِفَاتٍattributesقَادَتْهُguides himتِلْكَthatالصِّفَةُattributeإِلَيْهِto himبِزِمَامِهَا،by its reins,وَأَدْخَلَتْهُand it brought him inعَلَىtoرَبِّهِ،his Lord,وَأَذِنَتْهُand it gave him permissionمِنْهُ،from Him,وَقَرَّبَتْهُand it brought him nearمِنْfromرَحْمَتِهِ،His mercy,وَصَيَّرَتْهُand it made himمَحْبُوبًاbelovedلَه.to Him.

And whoever agrees with Allah in an attribute of attributes, that attribute guides him by its reins, and brings him to his Lord, and gives him permission from Him, and brings him close to His mercy, and makes him beloved to Him.

فَإِنَّهُIndeed, HeسُبْحَانَهُExalted be Heرَحِيمٌis Mercifulيُحِبُّlovesالرَّحَمَاءَ ،the merciful,كَرِيمٌGenerousيُحِبُّlovesالْكُرَمَاءَ،the generous,عَلِيمٌAll-Knowingيُحِبُّlovesالْعُلَمَاءَ،the scholars,قَوِيٌّStrongيُحِبُّlovesالْمُؤْمِنَthe believerالْقَوِيَّ،the strong,وَهُوَand He isأَحَبُّmore belovedإِلَيْهِto Himمِنْthanالْمُؤْمِنِthe believerالضَّعِيفِ ؛the weak;حَيِيٌّModestيُحِبُّlovesأَهْلَthe people ofالْحَيَاءِ (٤) ،shyness (4),جَمِيلٌBeautifulيُحِبُّlovesالْجَمَالَ،beauty,وَتَرَand he lovesيُحِبُّthe odd (5).

Indeed, He, Exalted be He, is Merciful and loves the merciful; Generous and loves the generous; All-Knowing and loves the scholars; Strong and loves the strong believer; and He is more beloved to Him than the weak believer; Modest and loves the people of modesty; Beautiful and loves beauty; and He loves the odd.

عَبْدُالرَّحْمَنِ،Abdur-Rahman,وَهُوَand he isمَجْهُولٌ؛unknown;أوorأَبُوAbuسُفْيَانَSufyanكَمَاasجَزَمَassertedبِهِby itابْنُIbnحُبَانٍHubanوَفِيهِand in itجَهَالَةٌ.there is ambiguity.

Abdur-Rahman, and he is unknown; or Abu Sufyan as asserted by Ibn Huban, and in it there is ambiguity.

وَالْحَدِيثُAnd the hadithصَحَّحَهُwas authenticatedابْنُby IbnحُبَانٍHubanوَالْحَاكِمُand Al-Hakimوَابْنُand IbnحَجَرٍHajarوَغَيْرُهُمْ،and others,وَفِيهِand in itنَظَرٌ.there is concern.

And the hadith was authenticated by Ibn Huban, Al-Hakim, Ibn Hajar, and others, and in it there is concern.

انظُرْLookحَاشِيَةَat the marginالأَسْمَاءِof namesوَالصِّفَاتِand attributesلِلْبَيِّهَقِيِّfor Al-Bayhaqi(٢/ ٤٦٧ - ٤٦٩) .(2/467 - 469).

Look at the margin of the names and attributes for Al-Bayhaqi (2/467 - 469).

(٣)(3)كَمَاasفِيinحَدِيثِthe hadithأَبِيof AbuهُرَيْرَةَHurayraرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُmay Allah be pleased with him.....أَخْرَجَهُIt was narratedمُسْلِمٌby Muslimفِيinكِتَابِthe bookالْقَدَرِ،of Destiny,بَابِthe chapterالإِيمَانِof faithبِالْقَدَرِin Destiny(٢٦٦٤).(2664).

(3) As in the hadith of Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him. .. It was narrated by Muslim in the book of Destiny, the chapter of faith in Destiny (2664).

(٤)(4)فِيInحَدِيثِthe hadithيَعْلَىof Ya'laبِنَbinأُمَيَّةَUmayyahأَنْthatرَسُولَthe Messengerاللَّهof Allah(peace be upon him)

(4) In the hadith of Ya'la bin Umayyah that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah, Exalted be He, is modest and concealing, and He loves modesty and concealment." It was narrated by Ahmad (224/4) and Abu Dawood (4012) and Al-Nasa'i (404).

وَانْظُرْAnd lookتَحْقِيقَat the verificationالْمُسْنَدِof the Musnad(٢٩(29//٤٨٣483--٤٨٤).484).(٥)(5)

(5) And look at the verification of the Musnad (29/483 - 484).

كَمَاasفِيinالصَّحِيحَيْنِthe two Sahihsمِنْfromحَدِيثِthe hadithأَبِيof AbuهُرَيْرَةَHurayraرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ.may Allah be pleased with him.أَخْرَجَهُIt was narratedالْبُخَارِيُّby Al-Bukhariفِيinالدُّعَوَاتِ،the supplications,بَابِthe chapterاللَّهِabout AllahمِئَةَOne hundredاسْمٍnamesغَيْرَother thanواحِدَةٍone(٦٤١٠) ؛(6410);وَمُسْلِمٌand Muslimفِيinالذِّكْرِthe remembranceوَالدُّعَاءِ،and the supplication,بَابِthe chapterفِيinأَسْمَاءِthe namesاللَّهِof AllahتَعَالَىExalted is He(٢٦٧٧).(2677).

As in the two Sahihs from the hadith of Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him. It was narrated by Al-Bukhari in the supplications, the chapter about Allah's one hundred names other than one (6410), and by Muslim in the remembrance and supplication, the chapter in the names of Allah, Exalted is He (2677).
