Its handwriting is clear and does not contain the name of the copyist nor the date of copying, and it is assumed by the cataloger of the library that it is from the eighth century.
سُمِّيَThe book is titledالْكِتَابُthe bookفِيinصَفْحَةِthe pageالْعُنْوَانِof the title::كِتَابٌBookالْجَوَابِthe sufficient answerالْكَافِيthe sufficientفِيinسُؤَالِthe questionالدَّوَاءِof the remedyالشَّافِيthe healing
The book is titled on the title page: The Sufficient Answer in the Question of the Healing Remedy.
وَ الظَّاهِرُAnd it seemsأَنْthatالْوَرَقَةُthe pageالْأُولَىthe firstمِنْofالْأَصْلِthe originalقَدْhasفَقَدَتْbeen lost،,فَأُضِيفَتْso an extra page was addedإِلَيْهِto itوَرَقَةٌa page,,وَ كُتِبَand it was writtenفِيْهَاin itهَذَاthisالْعُنْوَانُtitleاسْتِنْبَاطًاderivedمِنْfromنَصِّthe textالْكِتَابِof the book
And it seems that the first page of the original has been lost, so an extra page was added to it, and this title was written in it, derived from the text of the book.
وَقَدْAndسَبَقَpreviouslyالْكَلَامُthe discussionعَلَيْهِon itفِيinمَبْحَثٍthe sectionعُنْوَانِthe titleالْكِتَابِof the book
And the discussion on it has previously occurred in the section on the title of the book.
وَ كُتِبَAnd it was writtenفِيinأَسْفَلَthe bottomالْصَّفْحَةِof the page::مِنْofكُتُبٍthe writingsحَمْزَةَHamzaابْنِson ofتَوَكَّلَTawakkulالْحَاجِبِthe doorkeeperرَحِمَهُmay God have mercy on himاللَّهُGodتَعَالَىthe Exalted
And it was written at the bottom of the page: From the writings of Hamza ibn Tawakkul the doorkeeper, may God have mercy on him.
وَبِجَانِبِهِAnd next to itقَيْدٌthere is a notationتَمَلُّكٍof ownershipلَمْnotيَظْهَرْappearكَامِلًاfullyفِيinالصُّورَةِthe picture
And next to it, there is a notation of ownership that does not appear fully in the picture.
بِدَايَةُThe beginningهَذِهِof thisالنُّسْخَةِcopyبَعْدَafterالْبَسْمَلَةِthe Basmalaوَرَبِّand Lordيُسَرَfacilitateوَأَعِنْand assist::سُئِلَتْWas askedشَيْخُSheikhالإِسْلاَمِof IslamشَمْسُShamsالدِّينِal-Dinابْنُson ofقَيِّمٍQayyimالْجَوْزِيَّةِal-Jawziyyah::مَاWhatتَقُولُdo you sayالسَّادَةُthe gentlemenالْعُلَمَاءِthe scholars
The beginning of this copy after the Basmala is: 'Was asked Sheikh of Islam Shams al-Din Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah: What do you say, O esteemed scholars...'
فَلَاSo do notتَرَىseeفِيْهَاin itالإِكْثَارَthe excessمِنَofالنُّعُوتِthe attributesكَالنُّسُخِlike the other copiesالْأُخْرَىthe others
So do not see in it the excess of attributes like the other copies.
وَفِيAnd inالنُّسْخَةِthe copyتَصْحِيحَاتٍthere are correctionsقَلِيلَةٌfewبِخَطِّin the handwritingالنَّاسِخِof the copyistتَدُلُّindicatingعَلَىonالْمُقَابَلَةِthe comparison،,وَتَصْحِيحَاتٍand other correctionsوَتَعْلِيقَاتٍand commentsأُخْرَىotherلِبَعْضِfor someالْقُرَّاءِreaders
And in the copy, there are few corrections in the handwriting of the copyist indicating the comparison, and other corrections and comments by some readers.
وَقَدْAndنُقِلَa long text was extractedنَصًّاthe textطَوِيلًاlongمِنَfromالْحِصْنِal-Husnالْحَصِينِal-Husaynفِيin(٨(8//بb--(۱۹)(19)
And a long text was extracted from the fortress of al-Husn in (8/b-(19).

As it has placed titles for some topics.
(٥)(5)نُسْخَةٌCopyأَوْقَافٌof endowmentsبَغْدَادَBaghdad(خَا)(Khā)رَقْمُهَاIts numberفِيinمَكْتَبَةِthe libraryالأَوْقَافِof the endowmentsبِبَغْدَادَin Baghdad::٤٧٣٢4732.وَهِيَAnd it isفِيin١٥٨158وَرَقَةٍpages،,وَفِيand inكُلِّeachصَفْحَةٍpage٢١21سَطْرًاlines.وَهِيَAnd it isمَكْتُوبَةٌwrittenبِالْخَطِّin the scriptالْفَارِسِيِّthe Persian.
(5) Copy of the endowments of Baghdad: Its number in the endowments library in Baghdad is 4732. And it consists of 158 pages, and in each page there are 21 lines. And it is written in the Persian script.
لَمْThe copyist did notيَكْتُبْwriteالنَّاسِخُthe copyistاسْمَهُhis name،,وَلَكِنَّهُbut heنَصَّstatedفِيinالْخَاتِمَةِthe conclusionعَلَىthatأَنَّهُheوَافَقَcompletedالْفَرَاغَthe completionمِنْهُof itفِيinأَوَاسِطِthe middleيَوْمِof the dayالأَرْبِعَاءِWednesdayفِيinشَهْرِthe monthرَمَضَانَRamadanالْمُبَارَكِthe blessedسَنَةٍyearمِئَةٍone hundredوَأَلْفٍand one thousand(١١٠٠)(1100).
The copyist did not write his name, but he stated in the conclusion that he completed it in the middle of the day Wednesday in the blessed month of Ramadan in the year one hundred and one thousand (1100).
وَقَدْAndقُيِّدَتْrecordedهَذِهِthisالنُّسْخَةُcopyفِيinفَهْرَسِthe indexمَكْتَبَةِlibraryالأَوْقَافِof the endowmentsبِعُنْوَانٍunder the title::دَوَاءٌthe remedy
And this copy was recorded in the index of the endowment library under the title: The Remedy.
