And the speech of Allah the Exalted is not created because writing, letters, words, and verses are all tools of the Quran for the need of the servants to them.
وَكَلَامُAnd the speechاللَّهِof Allahتَعَالَىthe Exaltedقَائِمٌis standingبِذَاتِهِby itselfوَمَعْنَاهُand its meaningمَفْهُومٌis understoodبِهَذِهِby theseالأَشْيَاءِthings
And the speech of Allah the Exalted is self-standing, and its meaning is understood by these things.

So whoever says that the speech of Allah the Exalted is created is a disbeliever in Allah the Great.

And whoever says: the Quran is created and means by it the verbal speech that stands by itself of Allah, as is the doctrine of the Karamiya, is a disbeliever because it denies the eternal attribute and makes the Creator the Exalted a place for events, and the place of events is an event.
