غَيْرَnotمَخْلُوقٍcreatedوَكَلَامَand the wordsمُوسَىٰof Mosesوَغَيْرِهِand othersمِنْfromالْمَخْلُوقِينَthe created beingsمَخْلُوقٌis createdوَالْقُرْآنُand the Quran
Not created and the words of Moses and others from the created beings are created, and the Quran
كَلَامُthe speechاللَّهِof Godتَعَالَىthe Most Highفَهُوَfor it isقَدِيمٌancientلَاnotكَلَامُهُمْtheir speech
The speech of God, the Most High, is ancient; it is not their speech.
يَعْنِيwhich meansأَنَّthatمَاwhatذَكَرَهُHe mentionedاللَّهُGodتَعَالَىthe Most Highفِيinالْقُرْآنِthe Quranإِخْبَارًاas newsعَنْaboutمُوسَىٰMosesوَعِيسَىٰand Jesusوَغَيْرِهَاand othersمِنَofالْأَنْبِيَاءِthe prophetsعَلَيْهِمُupon themالصَّلَاةُthe prayersوَالسَّلَامُand peaceوَفِرْعَوْنَand Pharaohوَإِبْلِيسَand Iblis
Which means that what God, the Most High, mentioned in the Quran as news about Moses, Jesus, and others of the prophets, peace be upon them, and Pharaoh and Iblis
فَإِنَّمَاthen it is butقَالَsaidذَٰلِكَthatبِكَلَامِهِwith His speechالْقَدِيمِthe ancientالَّذِيwhichكَتَبَHe wroteالْكَلِمَاتِthe wordsالدَّالَّةِindicatingعَلَيْهَاupon itفِيinاللَّوْحِthe tabletالْمَحْفُوظِthe preservedقَبْلَbeforeخَلْقِthe creationالسَّمَاوَاتِof the heavensوَالأَرْضِand the earthلَاnotبِكَلَامٍwith a speechحَادِثٍincidentوَعِلْمٍand knowledgeحَادِثٍincidentحَاصِلٍobtainedبَعْدَafterسَمِعَهُHe heardمِنْهُمْfrom themوَالْإِخْبَارِand the newsنَقَلَconveyedالْمَعْنَىthe meaningلَاnotبِالْلَّفْظِby the literal wordingلَأَنَّbecauseكَلَامَthe speechمُوسَىٰof Mosesوَغَيْرِهِand othersمِنَfromالْمَخْلُوقِينَthe created beingsمَخْلُوقٌis createdوَكَلَامُand the speechاللَّهِof Godتَعَالَىthe Most Highغَيْرُis notمَخْلُوقٍcreated
Then it is said that this is with His ancient speech, which He wrote the words indicating it in the preserved tablet before the creation of the heavens and the earth, not with a speech that occurs and knowledge that is obtained after hearing from them; and the news conveys the meaning, not by the literal wording because the speech of Moses and others from the created beings is created and the speech of God, the Most High, is not created.
وَيُؤَيِّدُهُAnd this is supportedأَنَّthatقَدْرَthe amountثَلاَثَthreeآيَاتٍversesمِنَofالْقُرْآنِthe Quran'sبَالِغَةٌreachingحَدِّthe limitالإِعْجَازِof the miracleوَلَيْسَand is notذَٰلِكَthatمِنْofالْبَشَرِthe humansوَمِنَAnd fromالْمَعْلُومِit is knownأَنَّthatمَاwhatنُقِلَwas conveyedعَنْaboutالْمَخْلُوقِينَthe created beingsفِيinالْقُرْآنِthe Quranيَزِيدُincreasesعَلَىmore thanقَدْرَthe amountثَلاَثَthreeآيَاتٍversesفَيَنْبَغِيthen it is appropriateأَنْthatالْقُرْآنُthe Quranكَلَامٌis the speechاللَّهِof Godتَعَالَىthe Most Highلَاnotكَلَامُهُمْtheir speechفَإِذًاSo thenلَاnotفَرْقٌdifferenceبَيْنَbetweenالْقَصَصِthe storiesالْمَذْكُورَةِmentionedفِيinالْقُرْآنِthe Quranوَبَيْنَand betweenآيَةِverseالْكُرْسِيِّof the Throneوَسُورَةِand the Surahالإِخْلَاصِof Sincerityفِيinكَوْنِthe beingكُلِّeveryوَاحِدَةٍoneمِنْهُمَاof themكَلَامٌthe speechاللَّهِof Godتَعَالَىthe Most Highصِفَتُهُis His attributeبِلَاwithoutكَيْفَhowوَغَضَبُهُand His angerوَرِضَاهُand His pleasureصِفَتَانِtwo attributesمِنْofصِفَاتِthe attributesاللَّهِof Godتَعَالَىthe Most Highبِلَاwithoutكَيْفَhow
And this is supported by the fact that the amount of three verses of the Quran reaches the limit of the miracle, and that is not from humans. It is known that what was conveyed about the created beings in the Quran increases more than the amount of three verses, thus it should be that the Quran is the speech of God, the Most High, not their speech. So then there is no difference between the stories mentioned in the Quran and between the verse of the Throne and the Surah of Sincerity in the fact that every one of them is the speech of God, the Most High, without how; and His anger and pleasure are two attributes of God, the Most High, without how.
خَلَقَcreatedاللَّهُGodتَعَالَىthe Most Highالْأَشْيَاءَthe thingsمِنْfromلَاnotشَيْءٍa thingوَكَانَand wasاللَّهُGodتَعَالَىthe Most Highعَالِمًاknowingفِيinالْأَزَلِthe eternityبِالْأَشْيَاءِabout the thingsقَبْلَbeforeكَوْنِهَاtheir existence
God, the Most High, created the things from nothing, and God, the Most High, was knowing in eternity about the things before their existence.
