خَلَقَcreatedفَسَوَّىand fashionedمَخْلُوقًاa creatureكَمَاasلَاnotيَجُوزُpermissibleأَنْthatيَكُونَbeجَدٍّgrandfatherرَبَّنَاour Lordمَخْلُوقًاcreature
He created and fashioned a creature just as it is not permissible for our Lord to be a creature.
قَالَsaidاللَّهُAllahفِيinسُورَةِthe chapterالْجِنِّof the Jinn::«"تَعَالَىExaltedجَدُرَbe exaltedبِنَاwith us»"كَمَاasلَاnotيَجُوزُpermissibleأَنْthatيَكُونَbeعَظَمَتَهُHis greatnessمَخْلُوقًةcreatedكَذَٰلِكَthusلَاnotيَجُوزُpermissibleأَنْthatيَكُونَbeكَلَامَهُHis speechمَخْلُوقًاcreated
Allah said in the chapter of the Jinn: "Exalted is He with us" just as it is not permissible for His greatness to be created, thus it is not permissible for His speech to be created.

وَقَدْAnd surelyقَالَsaidاللَّهُAllahعَزَّthe Almightyوَجَلَّand Majestic::«"وَمَاAnd whatكَانَwasلِبَشَرٍfor a human beingأَنْtoيُكَلِّمَهُspeak to himاللَّهُAllahإِلَّاexceptوَحِيًّاby revelationأَوْorمِنْfromوَرَاءَِbehindحِجَابٍa veilأَوْorيُرْسِلَsendرَسُولًاa messenger
And surely Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, said: "And what was for a human being to speak to Allah except by revelation, or from behind a veil, or He sends a messenger."
فَلَوْSo ifكَانَwasكَلَامٌspeechاللَّهِof Allahلَاnotيُوحَىrevealبِإِذْنِهِby His permissionمَاwhatيَشَاءُHe willsيُوجَدُexistsإِلَّاexceptمَخْلُوقًاcreatedفِيinشَيْءٍsomethingمَخْلُوقٍcreatedلَمْnotيَكُنْbeلَاشْتِرَاطِto meet the conditionهَذِهِof theseالْوُجُوهِfacetsمَعْنًىthe meaning
So if the speech of Allah was not to be revealed except by His permission, what He wills exists except in a created thing, it would not have met the condition of these facets' meaning.
لَأَنَّBecauseالْكَلَامَthe speechقَدْhasسَمِعَهُheard itجَمِيعُallالْخَلْقِcreation.وَوَجَدُوهُAnd they found itبِزَعْمِby the claimالْجَهْمِيَّةِof the Jahmiyyahمَخْلُوقًاcreatedفِيinغَيْرِother thanاللَّهِAllahعَزَّExaltedوَجَلَّand MajesticوَهَذَاAnd thisيُوجِبُnecessitatesإِسْقَاطَthe droppingمَرْتَبَةِstatusالنَّبِيِّينَof the prophetsصَلَوَاتٍupon themعَلَيْهِمُmay Allah's blessings be upon themوَيَجِبُAnd it is necessaryعَلَيْهِمُupon themإِذَاifزَعَمُواthey claimedأَنْthatكَلَامَthe speechاللَّهِof Allahلَمَوْسَىto Musaخَلَقٍcreatedفِيinشَجَرَةٍa treeأَنْthatيَكُونَit would beمِنْfromسَمِعٍheardكَلَامِthe speechاللَّهِof AllahعَزَّExaltedوَجَلَّand Majesticمِنْofمَلَكٍan angelأَوْorمِنْfromنَبِيٍّa prophetأَتَىbroughtبِهitمِنْfromعِندَnearاللَّهِAllahأَفْضَلَthe bestمَرْتَبَةٍrankفِيinسَمَاعِhearingالْكَلَامِthe speechمِنْfromمُوسَىMusaلَأَنَّهُمْBecause theyسَمِعُوهُheard himمِنْfromنَبِيٍّa prophetوَلَيْسَand notسَمِعَهُheard itمُوسَىMusaمِنْfromاللَّهِAllahعَزَّExaltedوَجَلَّand Majesticوَإِنَّمَاbutسَمِعَهُheard itمِنْfromشَجَرَةٍa tree.وَأَنAnd ifيَزْعُمُواthey claimأَنَّthatالْيَهُودِيَّthe Jewإِذَاifسَمِعَhe heardكَلَامَthe speechاللَّهِof Allahمِنْfromنَبِيٍّa prophetعَلَيْهِpeace be upon himالسَّلاَمُpeaceأَفْضَلُis betterمَرْتَبَةٍrankفِيinهَذَاthisالْمَعْنَىmeaningمِنْfromمُوسَىMusaبِمَson ofعِمْرَانٍImran.لَأَنَّBecauseالْيَهُودِيُّthe Jewسَمِعَهُheard itمِنْfromنَبِيٍّa prophetعَلَيْهِpeace be upon himالسَّلاَمُpeaceأَفْضَلُis betterمَرْتَبَةًrankفِيinهَذَاthisالْمَعْنَىmeaningمِنْfromمُوسَىMusaبِمَson ofعِمْرَانٍImran.لَأَنَّBecauseمُوسَىMusaسَمِعَهُheard itمَخْلُوقًاcreatedفِيinشَجَرَةٍa tree.وَلَوْAnd ifكَانَwasمَخْلُوقًاcreatedفِيinشَجَرَةٍa tree.لَمْnotيَكُنْbeمُكَلَّمًاspeakingلِمُوسَىto Musaمِنْfromوَرَاءَِbehindحِجَابٍa veilلَأَنَّBecause
And if it is created in a tree, it would not be speaking to Musa from behind a veil because...
